Avoid at all costs I’ve lived at Myroomie Iris for 10 months and this is one of the worst-managed PGs I’ve seen. • Garbage not picked for weeks (currently 2+ weeks) across all five floors • Garbage rots, stinks, and attracts rats and insects • Water runs out every other day — residents have to chase the caretaker constantly • Tap water and drinking water frequently unavailable • No caretaker on-site, calls and WhatsApp messages are ignored • No proper housekeeping or hygiene, despite paying ₹22,000 for a single room The management is unresponsive and clearly doesn’t care about basic living standards. Don’t even bother. You’ll find a better place

Very bad food even after a lot of complaints and cleanliness, the wifi is almost always down...specially during month ends which is very inconvenient when students have to submit their projects or during exams. Never pay rent through their app...they charge almost 500 for rent payment...even flight booking's platform charges are not that much. They're very quick when asking for rent payment but extremely slow when it comes to solving food issues.

As a first year I am highly dissatisified with the food menu here, no change whatsoever even after complaining repeatedly. The food is very repetitive with different names. There is no efforts from the team even after complaining. The food quality seems to be detoriating day by day. A good amount of us hardly have food in the hostel due to its horrible quality. Many of us fall sick after eating food from here. For the amount we are paying and the service they provide there is no correlation at all. The wifi is extremely slow. No variety in the food. But the only positive thing is the flat structure rooms, closest to college and good amenities like gym and chill zone.

I do not recommended Myroomie due to five major reason. 1. Food- Tasteless and unhygienic. Option are very less and daily same tasteless food. No change even after concern raised by hostel girls multiple times. 2. Mobile network & Wifi- Worst. Can't even take normal calls. 3. Cleanliness- Room cleaning is not done regularly. 4. Almiras are quite small. Not enough space to keep cloths & other belongings. 5. Too many Rats are there. No pest control done. Even after giving this feedback , no action was taken. Positive - Location of Iris is great. Staff is take care of security of girls & timely communicate to us.

1 main reason among many others to NOT go for this pg is not getting the money back in time. We vacated the pg more than 2 months back, still no refund of deposit. They are very keen to get money (rent, deposit, advance etc.,) in time but insensitive when paying it back. Poor management, NOBODY RESPONDS WHEN IT COMES TO REFUNDS. PATHETIC !!

The condition this PG is only worsening day by day. Food is pretty much intolerable, with no variety, no taste whatsoever.A good majority of us barely eat at the pg because of how bad the food is. There is not stability in terms of the resident manager, because of which it's very difficult to convey our issues to the right person. For the money we are paying, we really expect something a tad bit better. Back in second year, when we joined after COVID, things were much better off.
