Stayed here for 8 months ambiance and maintenance wise great. But below average food especially on weekday nights can't eat. They increased rent for 3 sharing to 8500. Definitely not worth it .

Food is okay. The maintenance quality is dropping at a very good pace.👏🏼👏🏼 Getting used to stay with COCKROACHES brooding around will be normal ( I think they're have a secret invasion here 😨 you'll find them almost everywhere) Wifi is great. Power backup: yes Ventilation: not great but okay Ahh..the LIFT! Doesn't always work well. I was stuck in it couple of times 😆 Washing machines; honestly they have more dirt than the clothes you keep in. ( Cus guys here won't clean the filter before using them.. it's our responsibility to clean before using.. 90% no one cleans them. so beware 😆) There are more... All these things will be common, even if you pay for single sharing or 4 sharing. So here's the word management! It's not just 7k we are paying.. you want guys from twin or single sharing to complain on you?? You'll be done doing business that day unless you solve all the problems that are common. regards of the price were paying now. Want More? On it's way!!
