Only for location am giving 3 ratings. Remaining all not satisfied here. I scared to use swimmingbpool because of dirty wayer..food so so beds not firmd. Cont get sleep properly..if you have kids and they need to use mobile. You dont get wifi there…obviously signal will be very week ..the fans will give fortuner car engine sound…irritates the sound. You dont feel that peasefull in this stay…for all need to ask them. Even for water. And soaps…its basic thing to keep in room before check in the guest…i had very bad experiance. Owner speaks rudely if you ask for amenities..it was horrible day.. got wasted the holiday night…

The 6 bed dormitory at first floor Cramped room with very low sealing at 6.5 feet, enroute estate road was horrible and deep inside. 50% advance once paid won't be returned even if you don't find the place suitable for you to stay.

The stay was so good that, we dint wanted to stay there, the dometry kind of room that they opened was very good and stinking, the bed linen was kept closed for ages, which looked nice and stinking. Found worms in washbasin sink which is harmless. Complain about it, instead of checking and rectifying it owner was trying to prove his homestay is second best in Chikkamaglur. We would have accepted if we had not seen other homestays. Owner needs to understand what we are trying communicate instead of trying to prove his point. If we are trying to say our point he thinks we r shouting. It's obvious if he doesn't stop talking lie we need to scream and tell so that owner hears. Location is good. But they need to improve lot in hospitality and hygiene. Being a BHM graduate and a regular travel we understand how different homestays are.

Recently i had visited this place, location is good but rooms are not at all ok.. Not maintained properly.. Rooms were smelling badly.. Very Old property...over price... Very costly for the existing amenities.. Food was good with taste... But starters were limited... 😊.. 1 half plate pepper chicken for 2 members..😊 Carry your own drinks snacks safer side...middle man is minting money here.. Owner should avoid such booking agents... It will be good if they reduce price per head... Same facility home stays are charging for 1800 per head.. Why to pay here 3000 Rs...

Cost is not worth it.. homestay is very interior and the room is very disappointing . Very tiny n in bathroom there is no shower . The one good thing is service n food . Indoor game is not good and they won't offer a lunch if we are ready to pay the money . Totally it's not worth it

Beautiful Place in the midde of a coffee estate. We enjoyed the walks through the Coffee estate. Rooms are very comfortable. Food was awesome and we were really well taken care off. Not too far from many tourist places or the city. Ideal location for a big group. Swimming pool and sports facilities are an added attraction. Would love to go back with a bigger group for a longer stay.

We can enjoy here with moderate amenities. Nice property in mid of coffee estate. They can do better in terms of food taste and quantity. Settlement needs to be queried while checking out property not in a day advance. Owner is nice. Have a clear picture about food menu before booking.
