Worst PG. Google gave it a 1-star rating, otherwise, I would have rated it 0. The owner doesn't care about your problems—they only care about your money. If you have any issues , they won't even talk to you. The person at the reception is always on his phone, never look at your face and tell the proper answer. They talk about rules, but they never follow them. When I joined this PG, it wasn't even clean—we had to clean the entire room ourselves. When vacating, the collection guy pulled a scam, enforcing random rules, and we ended up losing 2,000 rupees. Before you join, make sure to visit the terrace—the workers there don't even understand hygiene they will ask you what is hygiene , and you’ll smell gutka at every step. There's also a manager who doesn't understand English and doesn't care about any issues, just ask tip only. The food is worst. They never clean the dining tables, and on Sundays, they serve something they call "chicken," which will definitely cause lot of medical issues if you eat it. When you're about to leave, then you’ll see their real face. They don't care about you and didn’t pick your call, and they don’t take responsibility for anything. Expect frustration. D

The price is more compared to the food and the room they have given. Hot water is not 24 hrs they just say that. Bed bugs are there if you complain also it took a month until they sprayed the bug spray.

It's the worst pg I have ever lived. It's owner behaviour is very bad. They didn't even give my security money back. There's a so called rule that if you want to leave pg then tell them before 15 days. As I came back home in April so I couldn't tell them. I told them 7 days before. Even then they are not willing to give my security money of 2000 back atleast half of the money should be given to me. It's my hard earned money that I gave to them while joining this pg. I never recommend anyone to come to this pg. There are so many pg in that area which are way better than this.

WORST PG EVER!!! they are very reluctant to cleaning. As if they wanna make it too obvious for why thats called a "boys pg". Worst unhygeinic staff, rude warden or in-charge whoever he is. Rooms and parking are spacious but thats the only good thing other than that pale food, partially among tenants. And Rent is SO HIGH. Don't ever go to this pg in bangalore. Worst of all trust these bad reviews. !!!!

Guys please think once before joining this pg they will provide only dal for rice in the afternoon and night for 4 days in week,owner won't mind if say any complaints for multiple times ,no proper maintenance. Food is worst.

First and Foremost The PG OWNER is worst.He scammed my security deposit money .And also he scammed other students money.Food is same as other pg .Because Of new pg ,it is hygiene and we'll senitize.Cookman is not senitize because Pg owner doesn't give proper room to the cookman.To sum up Owner is not worthy.He is not a mercyman.He deserve curse instead of bless and respect.This pg deserve one star because of the nice people who live in this pg, as students of this pg is so good and cooperative you might feel the connection of brotherhood.
