We stayed only one night. Pros: Hot water for bathing. Cons: We were given a room in a new building which seemed to be still under construction. The toilet seat was poorly fixed(picture attached). There was no drinking water provided, we had to argue for getting it. No TV, no wifi, no complementary breakfast, nothing that justifies the prices they charge. When asked why they didn't provide drinking water in the room, they claimed that "no other homestay provides it" Extremely bare bones place which is certainly not a homestay and also does not have advantages of a hotel. Not recommended unless they change their approach.

Its not worth your money. If plan for adventures trip to chikmagalur then staying here is waste. They charge more and rooms are pretty small and there is no shops or good restaurants nearby.

The location is very easy to access as it's beside road and daylights viewable and locating not issue , night time due to low visibility it can create issues provided u have maps working on the phone or you'll loop around the place . Okay parking space on the road side and parking as well inside the premise but it's cramped . Rooms okay for night stay and get away , food manageable and it's best for the place , can get if you order well in advance for your requirements.

The place is located with good view and also has 360degree view The only reason 3 star is because we didn't get hot water after we came from trek and also in morning for bathing Apart from that everything is fine There are no beds and bedsheets here so try to carry mats and essential things to sleep and also carry 2 sweat shirts since in night the cold gives next level cold vibes cannot adjust...
