“Worst hotel and restaurant experience ever. The food was terrible in taste and quality, completely unhygienic and overpriced. The staff behavior was extremely rude, unprofessional, and unhelpful, as if guests don’t matter at all. The mattresses provided were in pathetic condition—so worn out and dirty that they looked like they were meant for dogs, not humans. Sleeping on them was uncomfortable and disgusting. Overall, this place lacks basic hospitality, cleanliness, and respect for customers. I strongly recommend avoiding this hotel and restaurant. Total waste of money and peace of mind.”

“New, well-located resort with a responsive owner — service and communication need work I recently stayed at this newly built resort and there’s a lot to like: the property is clean and modern, and the location is convenient. Owner Ganesh communicates well and made booking straightforward. That said, a few service and communication issues affected the stay and are worth noting. Pros • New build & clean property — rooms and common areas feel fresh and well-maintained. • Responsive owner — Ganesh was helpful and quick to respond when contacted. Cons / Issues I experienced • Inconsistent staff attitude — one staff member in particular, Vinny, seemed indifferent to guest needs. That attitude left us feeling unsupported on multiple occasions. • Hot water problems — there was no hot water in the bathroom on the first day. Vinny first promised to bring a solution to our door, but the next day he said he couldn’t — a frustrating inconsistency. • No room service — there is no room service available; if you expect in-room meals or on-demand cleaning, plan accordingly. • Unclear liquor policy — guests are not allowed to drink in the common area, and we were even told alcohol wasn’t allowed ”

Divya K★★★★★Wonderful location (except for the condition of the road leading up to it) with sooo much bird life, peace and quiet and paddy fields around. However sometimes at night they play loud music and have people getting drunk and being loud till around 11 pm. I came here for total peace and quiet so I personally didn’t enjoy that. The food is great, service is lovely too (the owner was understanding when I brought up the noise and he turned it down a bit). There’s a canal just behind this place that’s lovely for a morning walk. No hot water in the bathrooms though. Bed is super comfy. Honestly I would visit again despite the small hiccups.

The food is delicious and affordable, with a wide range of options. We even hired a local guide through the hotel to explore Hampi. While there were a few insects due to the open-air design, the overall facilities were excellent.

The food is delicious and there is a wide variety of options to choose from. We were able to get a local guide from the hotel, which was very helpful. The only downside is that there are a lot of insects in the open areas. Overall, we had a very enjoyable stay here and would recommend it to anyone looking for a comfortable and affordable place to stay in Hampi.
