“I had a very disappointing experience at Sri Lakshmi Srinivasa PG for Ladies. Here’s a detailed account of the issues I faced during my stay: 1.Cleanliness & Hygiene - The PG lacks basic cleanliness. Rooms and cupboards are infested with cockroaches. - The dining area is unhygienic and poorly maintained. - There are rats in the premises, which is extremely unsafe and unacceptable. 2.Food & Water - The food served is of poor quality and tastes bad. - Water supply is inconsistent. At times, there’s no water available, which disrupts daily routines. 3.Facilities - Only one washing machine and one fridge are available for the entire PG, which is highly inconvenient and leads to frequent conflicts among residents. - These appliances are not well-maintained and often malfunction. 4.Overall Experience - The living conditions are below standard. - The management does not seem to prioritize hygiene, maintenance, or resident comfort.”

“I had booked a 3-sharing room for 3 members, and it was confirmed in advance. Based on this, we travelled 8–9 hours from a far place. After reaching, we were suddenly told that the room was not available and were asked to take separate rooms, which was never agreed upon. When I questioned this, the staff behaved rudely and even shouted, without any proper explanation or apology. This was very disappointing and unprofessional, especially after such long travel. Please think twice before choosing this PG. There are many better PG options available in HSR Layout that are more reliable and respectful.”

Olivia Vogue★★★★★I've had the misfortune of staying at this Paying Guest (PG) accommodation, and it's been a nightmare. The food quality is appalling, with repetitive and tasteless meals. Maintenance is non-existent, with leaky faucets and clogged drains. Major issues: - *Water scarcity*: Frequent water supply disruptions, leaving us without water for hours. - *Geyser problems*: No hot water, forcing us to take cold showers. - *Insufficient laundry facilities*: Only one washing machine for the entire PG, leading to long queues. Other concerns: - Unhygienic kitchen and dining areas - Poor cleanliness and trash management - Lack of proper ventilation - No amenities for recreation or relaxation Management is unresponsive to complaints. For the price, this PG is a rip-off. I strongly advise against staying here. *Recommendation:* Look elsewhere for a comfortable and hassle-free stay.
