Extremely disappointing experience. The owner charges ₹10,000/month (for temporary stay) for a PG in Ballari a price that does not reflect the quality of the space at all..When we politely declined after viewing the accommodation, the owner responded with a deeply disrespectful remark, telling us to "go study in a temple" instead of looking elsewhere. This kind of behaviour from a PG owner toward prospective tenants is completely unacceptable. Basic courtesy and professionalism should be the minimum standard for anyone running a rental space. I would strongly advise ladies in particular to look elsewhere. There are far better and more respectful options available. Please don't go to this PG.
