“Very bad experience.. not a secured place for our belongings as they won't give lock and key for the room. We have to take care of ourselves. cleaner, worker will access our room without our permission. Very unhygienic place as they use to spit on the floor. Food very worst, same thing will be kept over the day and also the next day. Finally they are money minded not service minded if u paid extra u won't get refund.and also there will be no agreement or any rule they set. Terrible experience very worst about the behaviour of workers nd owner.”

This PG is only for gents/Male person. This PG have 3 building separate. Mess foods service is also available there. Wifi available ✅. 2,3,4 sharing Rooms available ✅. Flat or Rental Rooms are also available ✅. Mess food service is bad ❌. Locality is bad ❌. Washing machine available ✅. Near by Market available ✅. Attached Bathroom available ✅. Electricity available but sometimes Cut. Ping me you want to know more.👍

Abhishek S Manthale★★★★★I wanna share a small story of this PG which very few people know about it.It was not a PG until late 2000.It was a famous hotel back then in 90's where kannada movie shootings use to take place & even few of the kannada celebrities use to come & stay. Now it's transformed into Men's PG , large rooms but poor maintenance , quality of food is unhygiene and bad taste.Because of the area Chamarajpet & most of the medicos come here to stay as the medical coaching centres are near to this PG , the pricing is on the upper side which is again not worth going for.
