“Be aware All the reviews are fake.. this pg is new one. How come 70+ people positive reviews. Think about it. If you wanted to do Work from home - Stay away from this PG. Always the power goes off they will cry for turning on the powerbackup. Eventhough we requested many time they respond Power backup generatot needs backup and always wifi issue. Always washing machine are busy because of less machine available and no place to hang the clothes. No proper Security. Always water issues, you can only expect hot waters. No normal water sometimes you won't get proper water also. The rent is too high for this kind of worst services they are providing. Keep you steps away from this PG.”

“I left this PG voluntarily, not because I was “kicked out” as falsely claimed in their reply. That statement itself shows how management bends facts instead of behaving professionally. Let’s clarify what really happened: 1) Noise under the name of “privacy” It’s funny how they talk about others’ privacy while invading mine at 3:45 AM for “making sounds.” Privacy doesn’t mean management gets to knock on your door at night to monitor you. If a tenant truly causes disturbance, proper management resolves it during the day — not by barging in at midnight. 2) Their version vs reality They now cite Article 21 – Right to Privacy while simultaneously breaking it. You can’t invoke “privacy rights” as a weapon to justify late-night interference or moral lectures. That’s not law — that’s hypocrisy. 3) Public moralising and character attacks Words like drunk, nuisance, mischievous have no evidence behind them. It’s just another way they respond to criticism — by trying to shame the person instead of addressing feedback. 4) Professionalism is about timing and tone Had there been a genuine issue, a polite morning discussion or written notice would’ve been fine. Legacy Mail★★★★★Extremely disappointing experience. Except for dinner, there’s hardly anything positive to mention. Breakfast and lunch are just formality meals —low in quality, and not at all worth it. What’s even more absurd is that food is not allowed in rooms, but alcohol and smoking are freely permitted. Priorities, clearly, are messed up. The kitchen is nowhere close to hygienic, despite what they claim. Power backup is unreliable, and the washing machines are mostly non-functional or always occupied. Doing laundry becomes a struggle. And please — don’t bother replying with “We can't find your name in our records.” No one is obliged to post reviews using their real names. This isn’t your personal platform — it's Google. Rather than questioning names, focus on improving your service. Also, most of the positive reviews are 100% fake. My advice: Don’t fall for it. Avoid this PG.
