Clothing worth 8.5k (around 7 tops) was stolen from inside my room. Instead of offering support, the owner blamed me for not keeping all my fresh laundry locked inside my cupboard.First she claimed the wind blew them off the roof. After checking the security cameras, it was clear I brought them into my room. At that point, she tried to blame monkeys. When I asked for help involving the police, she initially agreed but later refused to communicate with the cops. She did not even check the cupboard of that roommate, who suprisingly left for another state while this was happening.The owner conducts zero background checks on residents. Safety and security here depend entirely on luck. Management took absolutely no action to resolve this, seemingly because I was already scheduled to move out and they wanted to protect their remaining rental income. Be extremely cautious staying here. Another resident recently moved out after their wallet was stolen. The owner shows a total lack of accountability and safety management. I ultimately stopped arguing because her logic was exhausting, but future tenants deserve to know how security issues are handled here.

I stayed at Stay Grand Elite PG for a couple of days, and now my daughter continues to stay here happily. The rooms are well-maintained, food is delicious (especially the tea!), and the place feels very safe. I truly appreciate the thoughtful option of packing lunch in the mornings for those heading to work. A special mention to the sweet young lady managing everything along with her all-women staff, they are active, responsive, and caring. It’s a homely environment with a kind and broad-minded approach, and we are grateful to have found this place ❤️

I had a very comfortable stay at this PG. The owners are genuinely kind, accommodating, and quick to act if anything needs fixing, they address issues quickly. The rooms are spacious, well maintained, and cleaned regularly, so the place always feels neat and comfortable. The food was good and served regularly, and the evening tea was a nice touch, I especially enjoyed having it on the terrace, which has a great view and is perfect for relaxing in the evenings. Everyone here is friendly and respectful. There are plenty of shops nearby, and since my office was close, commuting was very convenient. The owners were also very supportive during late-night work hours and flights, which I truly appreciated. Overall, a clean, well-managed, and reliable PG that I would definitely recommend.

Good food and clean facility. Very friendly people that are happy to help. As a foreign student, it was knew to me that we had to bring our own blanket and plate etc, but I think that is common for PGs. And they are happy to help you find something if you don’t have everything. Walls are also a bit thin and windows don’t close all the way. But one gets used to it and really it is a good PG.
