“The only thing good about this place is the price. But as they say, you get what you pay for. On the daily there was water shortage, cleaning was not done unless asked for, the mattresses used were incredibly old and lumpy and new ones were not given There were bed bugs in two different rooms (from my knowledge itself) The food was very average and incredibly restricted, and there were bugs in the food as well. For over 130 girls there was only one functioning washing machine - three others kept there are not working which if you're visiting you will not know. The microwave doesn't look like it has ever been cleaned The lift was namesake as many times it would stop and they have turned it off as well. They advertised fridge was there but there was only a freezer which is not meant for household items. There was wi-fi issues on the regular as well. The owner also does not answer any calls at all - why run such a service if you cannot answer the queries of people. Bottomline spend a little more money and stay at some other place - you will atleast have better facilities and you will not be late to office/college because there is no water.”

“I recently moved into this PG, and my experience so far has been extremely disappointing. From day one, the Wi-Fi was not working, which was a major issue since I work from home. Despite repeated complaints, it took nearly a week to fix. Even now, the Wi-Fi shuts down during power cuts due to no proper inverter backup, making it completely unreliable. Because of this, I was forced to travel to my workplace from the PG, spending from my own pocket—a cost that is not insignificant, especially considering I chose this PG specifically for remote work convenience. The bathroom flush was broken when I moved in and still hasn’t been repaired. There have also been days with no water supply, which is completely unacceptable. The inverter either doesn’t work or is not switched on during outages, leaving us without even basic backup power. I paid a ₹4000 deposit a month before moving in, expecting a clean, functional, and ready-to-use space. Clearly, no maintenance or checks were done prior to occupancy. Basic facilities like water, electricity backup, and functioning plumbing are missing or poorly maintained. Despite raising all these issues multiple times, the management has failed to p”
