“No TV due to expired validity. Calling bell will not work. The kettle will not work. Power interruption every 20 minutes. Dining staff are really horrible. A new person will come to you every 10 minutes to ask for your order, and finally they will say, “Sorry sir, no item is available, time up.” Very limited parking space. Security people demand tips; they will not let you go without taking some money, saying things like, “This is my last day, I will be on leave,” etc.”

“Worst Greek Salad Ever This kind of practices not not good for health and it won't help their reputation in coming days. They didn't have enough choices of salad, i ask for two items from the salad and both were not available. Finally ordered a Greek salad, and when it arrived it looked like a cleaver job of either the restaurant manager or the over smart chef who might have thought customers don't know anything about it. I finished coz I was hungry but it left a bad taste in the mouth and the experience was bad coz the dressing oil was simply cooking oil. The ingredients like vegetables and cheese were just local. They gave paneer instead of cheese. Funny!! Yes I paid for it and blamed myself for entering this hotel coz the Staff not trained enough and the grilled sandwich came late and cold. Hotel management needs to be careful and not be complacent, there are many bad reviews and would cost a lot in future. For now they might be a great place but at present they have a low rating of 4?2 alredy and the reputation will drop further as more hotels will open in the city. If they don't stop these low quality practices then they will just end up as a - local roadside lodge!!”

“They charged extra amount for the water bottle. The actual price of the bottle was 27rs(with gst) but in the bill they have added the actual price as 35rs and gst 2rs. A restaurant cant charge its customers for water, water is actually free. Service was good but a staff member was a bit rude and when we asked about the membership benefits they didn't provide us proper details but at the time of taking membership,they just exaggerated about their offers.”

Santosh Atnur★★★★★We’ve visited this restaurant multiple times, and every time we request seating in the family section, we’re told the same reason—“no staff” or “less staff.” This has been happening throughout the year. We always end up having to ask repeatedly to open the family section, which doesn’t feel good as customers. We come here for good service, food, and a pleasant experience, and it’s disappointing when it starts off poorly each time.

Abhishek★★★★★I’m extremely disappointed with the hygiene standards at Oaks Elite. When we requested the bedsheets to be changed, the staff placed the fresh sheets on a dirty mat and then put the same sheets back on the bed. That completely defeats the purpose of changing them and raises serious concerns about cleanliness. The towels provided were also in very poor condition visibly dirty, and one of them was even torn. This is not acceptable for any hotel, especially when basic hygiene is expected. The management seriously needs to focus on staff training and cleanliness protocols. Guests should not have to worry about such fundamental issues during their stay.

After they changed the room in that room also same problems with no Hot water fecility Also the food was worst going to this Lodge / Restaurant is purely waste of money very bad service and also the staff will take us granted

KUNAL SHETH★★★★★Had been to have breakfast on 18 May 2025 as 5th time but this time the buffet price revised from ₹199/- to ₹249/- which is also acceptable but the breakfast items was not upto the mark. The samber was salty, Wada’s were not crispy, fruits were little stale conditions, plates were missing. Even room was too tacky when a company Tally Solutions from Bangalore was checked in and no response was entertained and he rushed to change the hotel on the same day.

Very pathetic experience..can you imagine more than 100 people in a closed hall (no open windows) with few coolers which were giving warm air.. Please don't plan any function at this place.. Mr Sanjeev Das made false promises.. Food was also not good.. especially rotis..were cold and dry and hard..I couldn't eat even half roti..
