Owner (Indra Reddy) is too rude and don't have a manners to talk with guest. Food also is not good and if somebody compliment to owner he directly says leave the room. Don't complain about food. They offers daily room service but in actually theydo it only twice in a week. There is no sufficient space for parking.

One day ago, I stayed at this PG, the owner has four buildings in the same line, each with different amenities. However, they present all amenities in a single brochure, making it look like everything is in one building. The photos shown were also quite different from what I saw in person. Additionally, the pricing was inconsistent—they quoted one rate over the phone and a different, higher rate on-site. To top it off, the owner charged me ₹600 for just 14 hours. Overall, it was a highly disappointing experience.

Experience is very personal here, there is a high demand for the PG since they offer Gym and other facilities and it sounds good for bachelors. However they have poor sound insulation, noisy at nights and poor ventilation that can lead to suffocation. Floors smells like cigerettes all the time and it made me unhealthy and I took the decision to leave the place. When it comes to the food, i will not complain the taste of it, but rather complain the hygiene. You may find rats in the dining area something very common on the streets of Bangalore. If you are someone who wants to sleep peacefully and be healthy, try avoiding this place, especially those single sharing rooms in the middle with no windows( don't take it ) There is also a leaking sewage pipe in front of the dining area, hope they will fix it soon. However the people working there are very down to earth and shows helping mentality.

Everything is good about the PG and the community based living style. You can collaborate, make friends, I like almost everything, the food is also decent. The rooms are okayish (I mean no offense, but the structure of the room feels a tiny bit congested), but you won't feel about that, if you do other activities that you can do in this PG. There are lot of things that you can do in this PG, instead of sitting inside your room, it's just that, I am not getting any time to do anything interesting. Lot of amenities, including 24*7 Power Backups. Play areas with TT, Snooker, Foosball, PS5 Theatre and Movie theatre (both being different areas is a plus, but you wouldn't get chance to play, thats a different thing 😅🤣), Cricket Turf, Basket ball turf, Gym, Party area, etc. So, it's good. Now you might feel why I gave only 4 stars instead of 5, the only reason being the area, the road, for a PG like this which looks so modern and fresh and clean. The road of this area feels a little bad, it should have been on a different area where the place and road also feels great. If you can just adjust with that this is easily 10/10 for me personally.

The facilities are very good. They have indoor gyms, turf, basketball court, indoor play area for snooker, table tennis , indoor work space, good food area, home theatre etc. only negative i feel is that the rooms are not spacious enough. Even the large size rooms feel like its small.

Food was decent, living space was really good in comparison to other pgs within the locality. The management needs more man power though and the extra perks of getting GYM facilities, pool, kitchen, PS5 (hard to chance to use), home projector, and etc, really improved our experience.

Best place ever I have ever stayed. I enjoyed most of the time. *Terrace is really nice *Food on Wednesday and sunday are good rest of the days not edible *for 2 sharing needs to pay 15k which is too much * for 3 sharing 11k but room size is really really big. * Tv is there with all subscription but too slow to run anything. Its completely unusable. * Water hot and cold is available but repairing is going on so its stopped time to time. * Manager and caretaker is easily approachable. overall its really good in terms of ambiance.
