Very bad experience. They denied check-in by saying that they have not received any confirmation from booking site. Which is totally incorrect as I personally connected with them for booking confirmation and they confirmed but after reaching the location they are denying then I have to escalate it to higher level with booking site then they allowed and wasted our 1 hr plus mental stress. So avoid this hotel as they are doing it very oftenly just go through other reviews. They are doing scam so avoid this hotel.

Hospitality was so worsen. They won't serve anything in the restaurant. Ayush was the worst servant ever seen in Mysore. The food quality also not that much great. It is average restaurant. It's not worth for the money.

We had a very bad experience with this hotel. Although we booked hotel well in advance (10 days before) and confirmed over call for confirmation, but when we reached the hotel we were denied stay saying all room are full. Receptionist told us a very reason that they informed cleartrip of the room cancellation which cleartrip denied and when we ask receptionist to show the mail proof as he was claiming to what he told that he can't show saying vague reasons. We were stranded in hotel lobby in missle of night nowhere to go. All hotels were full because of Dusshera Festival. Neither hotel nor cleatrip informed about cancellation, totally seems that hotel cancelled our booking for few extra bucks or so. Clearly unprofessional. Will suggest you to don't book this hotel if you don't want to ruin your planned trip.

I booked the room in this hotel through Cleartrip, My check in was denied by the hotel saying they can't provide me the room with the price I paid to the room . I was not sure how much is the actual room price in this hotel. I just logged in to clear trip and booked the room with what ever price the website had mentioned in the Cleartrip. So its between clear trip and hotel management what ever price they quoted in their website I have booked the room based on quoted price. as a customer I have nothing to do with it. The front office executive Mr Nikhil was not courteous enough and not aware of how to treat the guest who comes to their hotel. I travel all over india and the worst experience I had with this hotel. I suggest the hotel to have a experienced staff who can handle these situations without troubling the guest. Guest handling at the hotel is terrible. I suggest the management to have a experienced staff. Hope other guest will not have to go through these kind kind of difficulties.

Not at all worth the price. We stayed at regenta javaji for one day and stayed here at Bimba for one day. Same tariff. First when we entered, the linen wasn’t clean, we asked them to change and they did, but the other one also had oil spots. Linen quality was average compared to the price they charge. Lacked basic amenities like dental kit or bathroom slippers. Rooms were very basic with no decor. Just plain rooms with installed bed, a side table, a table and tv. We asked for bathrooms slippers and they told they don’t have it. We saw one staff in lift taking a food dish from ground floor to rooftop / rooms but it wasn’t covered with a lid, it was completely open. Location is good, the cafe on ground floors seems good. We didn’t have food there as we had an early morning flight to catch. They need to improve on room decor, linen quality and amenities. Front desk wasn’t responsive, called them twice. Rooms justify for a price of 1.5-2k but for the price they are charging, they definitely need to improve a lot.

Room is good food also good but they didn't give everything we ordered, they forgot the orders which we have done, didn't give the one of our order, we have even called and informed that we haven't received our order, but they said it will come, but they didn't receive calls after that... Worst service in food orders

We stayed for 2 days in 2 rooms. House keeping staff led by Mahesh was very courteous. Nikhil and Rajamma at the reception were also very nice and polite. One of the rooms didn’t have even intercom. The Room service never picked up the calls. They were making huge noise in the middle of the night after the roof top restaurant is closed. It was every day affair. For the people staying in third floor. It was a nightmare. They would not stop even after complaining. We asked for Tea to the room service which never came. Coffee served was cold. The Hotel is new and has good facilities. But service is pathetic.

Good overall, but slow check-in We arrived at Bimba Hotels at the scheduled 1:00 PM check-in time, but our room wasn’t ready until around 2:00 PM. While the wait was frustrating, the staff did communicate with us during the delay, which we appreciated. Once we got into the room, it was clear that the hotel lives up to its reputation in terms of comfort and quality. The space is clean, well-maintained, and nicely set up. The slow start wasn’t ideal, but the overall experience so far is promising. Hopefully, the rest of the stay continues to impress.

It's a recently developed hotel that is immaculately cleaned well maintained. The ambience is quite good. Located on the Second and Third floors. The first floor has a Bar and Restaurant, while the ground has AAINA Cafe and breakfast area. Their breakfast buffet is amazing. They serve a wide range of menu items including croissant and various flavour banana cakes.
