Edit: After owners reply, they never did what they said. No messages or calls were followed up on. None of the issues were fixed during my stay. The flush remained as it is and no padlock was installed. Instead a clamp was put on the cupboard and they told me to go buy my own padlock and they will not provide any. While the other cupboards had working locks. For the service they provided I would never stay here and advise you to do the same. Just sharing my personal terrible experience of SSN 'luxury' pg. During my one month of stay the initial interactions with the manager made me believe they would help you with any issues you face, but: - The walls in the room had the paint peeling off everyday. - Whenever it rained, the water would leak into one corner of the room and make a mess. - No lock and key for the cupboard. They told me to buy my own padlock. - The washroom flush did not always work which led to unpleasant sights in the morning. - The condition of the room led to me falling very sick and ill. I informed immediately the manager of these issues after moving in, he promised he would help sort out this issues soon. Of course these things can take time I understand but

They even charge for staying in the living room, considering it a bedroom and having roommates share it. The fee was 10k, the same as an actual bedroom. The bathroom facilities are extremely basic. Even after I moved to a bedroom a few months later, the bathroom (attached to the living room) was shared among at least 5 people. Despite its luxurious-sounding name, this PG doesn't offer any luxuries. Cigarette filters used to be strewn all over the terrace, and they were never cleaned. The owners barely pay heed to your complaints.

To be honest, this has got very poor ROI. No amenities. The room size is suffocating. There were no windows in my room. Most of the so called things they offer - (gym, AC) cannot be used. The rent is very very high compared to other places in Bangalore. In saying that, the good point is the locations of the PG. It is in central Bangalore. - (So technically even the PG owner cannot do anything about the price). If there was one point you had to take from this review, it is that please see the room for yourself with your own eyes before paying a single penny. It all comes down to making a trade off between travel time and peace of mind. Your decide. Hope this helps. Editing this review as a reply- Fact 1 - All I asked users was to see the rooms with their own eyes before paying anything. I do not understand why it should be bothering any business. I have been staying this PG for quite some time. Recently, There are a lot of construction is going on around this PG. It is really difficult to have peaceful sleep in night. For construction, workers do load and unload construction material in night. if you stay in this PG, you can not have peaceful sleep until early morning 5 AM. Life becomes terrible.......

Shabby place. I didn't like at all. Think twice before you go. It was basically a kitchen room turned into bed room. Thus it was not clean and full of cockroaches all over the room. You kill the cockroaches, the very next day you get a new bunch of cockroaches. Also the room was very congested with no space to move at all. Realizing this I felt I should move out. Also pls be carefuI on the deposit ! I was not comfortable with the stay and when leaving didn't even get back my deposit.

Worst pg experience, I stayed for a month they took my advance money of 5000 rupees and rent of 8000 per month for double room without food...they made contract for 2 month and i informed early at the month started that i will vacate...and the next month when i vacate they did not refund a penny of my 5000 rupees...please be aware kind of these people...and i have been to allergy because of too many bed bugs.. they dont wash the bedsheet...They just need money....they wont consider even when their parents speak...Please discuss with people before you get into any pg in bangalore...
