You can opt for this place only if you're looking for an overnight stay. I'm sharing my personal experience: 1. Maintenance isn't good. I had got #105 here, but the room floors and toilet floors were so sticky as they were not cleaned properly. 2. If you're going through online bookings, don't hope that everything mentioned online will be available. 3. TV wasn't working so I enquired at the reception, and he's casually saying that yes it isn't working what can they do for it? TV was one of the facility mentioned at the time of booking, but when mentioned they replied that nothing can be done about it. 4. You cannot charge your mobile peacefully because almost all sockets are loose connections. 5. Facilities may fail due to wear and tear but what matters is the staff responsiveness at the place, which is not as good as they display online. I'm not trying to degrade the business, but I'm only expressing my first hand experience.

⭐ 1/5 “Terrible Experience – Do Not Recommend” I had the worst experience at this resort. The rooms were extremely dirty and clearly not cleaned before we arrived. The area outside the rooms was full of thrown and burned cigarette butts, which made the place look very unhygienic. The worst part was that there was no water in the toilet, and even after informing the staff, nothing was fixed. The overall maintenance and cleanliness were terrible. I honestly regret booking this place. Not worth the money at all. Avoid this resort.

I strongly recommend not booking this place online. The hygiene standards were very poor and the service was disappointing. The room did not feel clean, and the condition of the bed sheets and towels was bad. I honestly felt uncomfortable staying there and worried about getting sick. Also, the location is quite remote, which makes it inconvenient, especially for families. Overall, it was not a good experience and I would not recommend this place.

Rooms: not cleaned and maintenance is very poor. By one sight rooms are okay but my friends got a packet condom, burned cigarette and pan masala from the bed. And the main part we found some presence of past rooms users like hair, cigarette, condam and shocking is we found dried sperm on the bed sheets 😠 Service: sevice is extremely poor that we informed them that the presence of sperm on bed and they didn't even respond after few hours they came and took the bed sheets. Main highlight is the water the taste of the water really sucks it's highly chlorinated 🤮 Location: in 5km radius there is no shops, hospitals, emergency services, town etc it's located at the centre of a forest and it's very scary and unsafe cause some doors don't even have lock it's broken and can't close the door

am writing to raise a serious complaint about my recent stay at your listed property. The condition of the room was completely unacceptable and far below any basic hospitality standards. The room was stinking, the bathroom was unclean, and the bed sheets and blankets were unwashed — they emitted a foul odour. There was visible fungal growth on the wooden surfaces and dirty curtains. The room had accumulated dust in every corner, and hair strands from the previous guest were still on the bed. There was no hot water, no kettle, no tea or coffee supplies, and no nearby restaurant (within 5 km). Even basic hygiene and comfort were missing. To make things worse, the room was infested with mosquitoes, making it impossible to sleep. This was an absolute nightmare experience, and I am shocked that such a property is listed on your platform like booking.com.It clearly violates all quality and cleanliness standards. I demand an immediate refund and request that you delist or investigate this property at the earliest to prevent other guests from suffering a similar experience. If there were an option for zero or negative stars, this property would deserve it.

This was the worst stay I’ve ever stayed in. We booked the place last minute the night before leaving to Mysore, and paid 4.5k for 2 rooms looking at the pictures on google. The pictures were either old or fake, as the stay was very very bad. Staff were bad, they weren’t responding or talking properly. I have no idea how this is even called a “townhouse”. Never go here. If you have no other choice but to book so place, even then rather cancel your trip that stay here. Pathetic hotel. 1. Cigarette buds everywhere in the room and outside. 2. Hair in the bathroom, unclean 3. Stains on the bed 4. Stains on the walls 5. Not responding/not caring staff 6. Rust on the floor of tables, which were kept unclean from ages 7. No properly maintained common areas

Firstly the location is inaccessible and located outer to the city. If you are the one who looks to hangout and explore the city this is not the right option. The rooms were clean and neat but lacks the facilities everything seemed bit old and so comfort for the price as the name says resorts. Its only suitable if you are looking for a rest stay somewhere outer to the city.

Our check in time was 11am, wheke booking itself we mentioned that our arrival is at 7-8am, but there was a condition,that early check in is subject to availability.. When we asked the care taker , he was not at all responded and rudely said that there is no rooms available , actually rooms are free.After an hour, we again tried and he finally connected us with his manager thru phone call. After we discussed it with the manager, he allotted room for us . Kindly note no one checked out at that time, and we noticed that there was a 4 rooms available in the ground floor itself But they were refused . After discussing with manager and agreed to Pay Rs.300 per room for early check in we got 1 room. But while check out they didn't charged for early check in.. Hospitality is completely missing Only the pet dog is good her name is Ruby... Rest all waste...

Worst experience! We had valid booking from Agoda, but still when we reached there, the property manager told us that there are no available rooms. This is not how you manage the resorts. Looked like the receptionist there is not doing ethical business. He gave the room to someone else even when he did know that we booked through Agoda. Though Agoda gave us full refund. Even the location is far from Mysore city.

We stayed there for 1 night- the experience was horrible 1. No AC is working in the rooms 2. No water Geyser is working- Duly informed the front office but no response at all 3. No cleanliness, completely dirty rooms 4. Salty water- taste is horrible 5. Food with No quality and over priced. 6. Highly Over priced compared with the facilities they provide. 7. Unable to sleep the entire night due to some ongoing parties at nearby floors. No body from the staff cares to reduce the volume of the sound system. It is our own real experience we had experienced in our last visit at Mysore. Initially we planned to stay there for 2 more days but due to the condition of the resorts and the horrible experiences we cut short our trip. Not recommended at all to any....

Do not go to resort after booking it online(any website), because the guy who runs this is gonna deny that you have a booking there and proposed you to use helpline number of the website you used for booking to refund your amount and also he gonna lie that he doesn't have control over bookings online.
