The worst stays we have had. Rooms and bedsheets smelled of cigarettes. Bathroom had a rusted stained rod as the shower. The closed was stained and dirty. The roof was wet and moldy. Barely got through the night. Nothing international or even a decent stay about it

Less said the better||||The rooms were spacious, but if at all they could improve the cleanliness ... ||We just had a transit stay for a night. But it was difficult to put on with the place; less said the better

The rooms were not clean. The bathroom welcomes a swarm of bees in the night and it was very difficult to use the bathroom. Got an exchange of room after a lot of argument with the receptionist. There is no concept of room service. I must say anyone going from a city to this hotel will feel this is clumsy although the owner might feel this hotel is top class (which it really isn't) I want to give 0 stars for this hotel. Since 1 star is the minimum that has to be given, I am forced to give 1 star. Verdict - Stay away from this hotel

Toilet was not clean and toilet door was not lockable. Non AC room was around a 1000Rs but cleanliness was garbage!! Couldn’t sleep at all. Lift takes ages to move people. Restuarant adjacent doesn’t serve food. Taps are leaky. 🤮

VERY BAD PLACE…never come here if you hate dirty places….the bedsheets are absolutely unsanitary and probably contaminated…..In the bathroom there was an EXTREMELY HUGE rat and there were mice in the rooms we booked and we had to shift our rooms due to that….we even spotted many insects in the bed.. NEVER come here with families….very horrendous place.. never book…and not even alone….I. The photo there are international rats coming here not people 😭

Stomach full people will not respond correctly to customers. Simply making money without any hotel management. Really dislike . I think it's suitable for only international people not Indians. Reasons: I asked to show my room to book. I didn't get good response and the way of replies to every talk is like why these customers will come and disturb. No greetings atleast when customer entered and even after standing 15 min infront reception counter. Still many there but not interested to say more. But good to see these comments will help to improve business.

Hotel room stinks with only beedi and cigarette smell. Flush wasn't working. When asked manager he said it will half an hour to give a different room. We left the room as started feeling pukish bcoz of the dusty, dirty, suffocating and stinking room. The manager and staff were very rude. Didnt even return atleast half of the advance. He had taken extra amount as deposit. No respect to others at all. Decent and ppl who are concerned about health, please do not go this hotel. It's not at all for families

Selected two rooms for a night halt. There was no water in bathrooms (which partially came by 8am morning), flush not working, no drinking water provided, no towels provided, no soaps, showerheads were missing. AC weren't working, still charged us for AC room. Avoidable.

This hotel is situated near to national highway. Horns and other disturbances may experience. Toilets are not neat and tidy. Linen and turkey provided are very old. Not an ideal place to stay with family. No of liquor shops around this place. 2 kilometers away from city centre. A veg restaurant and bar attached with this hotel.

Dirty washroom and rooms with dirty bed linen. No hot water. Almost no room service. I had to tell the room boy at least 5 times to bring an additional plate for food. The hotel is for person who want to drink along highway. Families keep away.

Pros: Location on the highway. Cheap. Cons: 1. Noisy 2. Very Dirty linen. You seriously should carry your own. No sheets to cover yourself. The blankets were last cleaned when KrishnadevaRaya was still king. 3. Dirty bathrooms. They are not old.. Just not cleaned. The flush couldn't work by the time we left. 4. No electric kettle. Important if you want to leave early in the morning. 5. Very little parking space. Rest park on the highway service road. 6. Watchman points you a place on the road and pushes off. No help there. 7. You carry your own luggage to the reception. No help there either. The receptionist stares at you lugging your bags. 8. It takes 8 calls and a whatsapp image to confirm that the reservation that you made is actually there. Conclusion: The location is very convenient. If you are from the era where you can sleep in dharamshala's and are carrying your own linen and basically need a roof for the night.. Go for it.

While enroute to BLR from Goa we thought of giving a night break at this hotel unfortunately that was a horrible experience. The hotel looks awesome from outside and even the corridors. We stayed in room 105, though the room size was big enough to accommodate 2 adults and 2 kids but the bathroom was worse than a public toilet. Dirty taps, door, and on top of it the flush was not working. Stay at your risk!!!

The food was horrible. On our way to bangalore we were starving and this hotel caught our eye. We went to the hotel and ordered tandoori roti and Paneer butter masala. When we started to eat with the first bite we knew something was off in the gravy. We called the waiter and told him. The waiter politely took the itmes and went to the kitchen after sometime returned with a palette saying this is freshly cooked. So we began to eat again and again we tasted something off. When we asked about it they said it is freshly cooked how can it be bad.🙄🙄🙄 Like seriously. We gave the check and just ate at another hotel.

4 ac rooms booked.used only 3. Pros: hot water 24/7. Fairly clean neat rooms, towels, sheets. Cons: bad maintenance issues like not working tv, broken toilet sests, sinks, missing towel racks, hooks, hygiene faucets, power outlets.. Worst of all water leaki g for ac @ 2 am. Front desk expecting us to expect relief when they could not get a broken seat cover fixed between 2 pm and 8 pm. Helpless front desk. Powerless Staff just trying offer insulting compensation of 200 rs for suffering and grievances expecting it to repair damage of inefficient management. Higher levels of management unavailable to handle customer dissatisfaction of www size or realize the consequences like this of failing to solve the issue at the beginning. They should see this as an opportunity from group of world travellers to improve and bring their establishment upto internet levels of business rather than view this as a complaint to be ignored or swept under the carpet.

So, here are the things that dont work in this hotel |- A/c|- Television|- Fridge|- Flush in the bathroom|- Hot water||And on top of that, this is right next to the highway, so say goodbye to your sleep||When we complained that a/c is not working, the receptionist said that he will send someone to check. Nobody came till the time we were there. I am not sure if somebody came after that !!||On the whole, one of the worst hotel I have ever stayed in, definitely avoid||There is a restaurant right next to it (food is below average) but that is not a reason to go through the struggle in this hotel
