Disgusting experience! After my first night in the dorm, I woke up with huge sized itchy red swellings all over my body, took a week to get rid of them. I first thought I had a food allergy or something so I checked out after 5 nights of torture, and then stayed somewhere else for another 5 days, swellings gradually disappeared then came back here and again I woke up with even bigger swellings all over my neck, belly etc. I talked to the staff. They said they spray some chemical mosquito sprey on the sheets every day! Why would they put a chemical sprey that is not meant for skin on people’s sheet? They denied the bed bugs but they also sounded like they were hiding something. However, it’s not allergy or aything like that. The sweellings look like bed bug bites but the staff denied it. No matter what, my trip was ruined. I want a refund for all the nights I stayed here! I’m a yoga teacher and I was planning to make educational content and prepare online classes. I looked like a mess for weeks, ruined my videos, this will effect me financially let alone the money and time I wasted! I will complain on all the websites I can to get a compensation. I can’t afford a medical treatment,

I stayed at Draper House and unfortunately, it was one of the most frustrating hostel experiences I’ve had. The dormitory design itself isn’t great — the top bunk I was given had the AC blowing fully right at me, with a fan and two bright yellow lights directly above my head, making it nearly impossible to sleep. While the dorm is cramped and the room also felt tight, the main design issue was this uncomfortable bed placement. Basic guest information was missing. No one explained how the hot water works (though they did not forget to put a prominent notice about AC being available only at night). The storage cabinet had missing shelf and rod. They did not inform me about the under bed storage at all and their kitchen. The whole bed shook on slight movements. After the first night, they gave me an extra blanket and some hangers, but took the blanket back day after, forcing me to request it again. For three nights I repeatedly requested to be shifted to a clearly vacant opposite bed. Staff kept denying until I pressed the issue and they finally admitted the guest had already checked out earlier. Even then, they refused to move me, instead blaming me for “not asking every day.” Fo

The rooms were clean but very small. The draper guy comes in the morning turns off the AC and takes the remote with him. He comes back in night at around 9 and then turns on. It was weird. I didnt felt like i was staying in a dorm. It was much like a hostel with lots of restrictions and attitude people around you. If you are a traveller, i wont recommend you to stay here in draper.

The fridges are absolutely disgusting, full of mold, old food, and have probably not been washed for months or even years. Poorly equipped kitchen. Kitchen trashcans are soon overwhelmed each day and flooded with flies and smell terrible. Passive aggressive staff who will turn out the lights or shut off the fans even while you are clearly using them. A lightbulb that costs 500 INR to run for a year, and staff turn it off when I only needed it for another 15 minutes each morning. The mascot dog, Paris, has the most disgusting unwashed infected ears. Great to keep a dog, but shameful not to give it proper veterinarian care. Also, she is a good 10 kilos overweight, and she will die young because of her obesity. Very sad. The staff are constantly spying on guests with cameras posted all over the building. The staff clean the 5th floor bathroom by using the toilet hose to spray everything down. Hot water is often unavailable for the showers. Hand dryers in the washrooms never work. Paper towels are not made available for drying your hands either, resulting in always leaving the washroom with wet hands. Proper bath towels are not available for guests. The wifi went out for four

Don't waste your money.. 3rd class service.. No respect!!! This person told me, not to change clothes inside the room using light after 30 seconds during room check in.... Also told me to change clothes in the corridor.. or bathroom..but not in the room with lights. I strictly followed his instructions because!! he warned me ( I cancel the booking... ) Thought at night where i should go!!!! This will be my last stay in this Draper room.

Made a booking for a day, left the place within 3 hours since I checked in because 1. It was a sunny day, I wanted to get some sleep which was impossible as there is no A.C. and the fans are barely effective. 2 . The guy who takes care is not warm and welcoming, the people were nice but I didn't feel so comfortable. 3. There is no charging point for people on the upper bunk. 4. The room is a mess with everything lying around here and there, I wasn't given a locker unless I asked for, i could see other big lockers which i wanted to use as I had lot of luggage. The care taker guy gave me a small drawer for me which barely fit one of my bags. Overall, terrible experience, I decided there is no way I'm gonna spend one whole night here and left the property after few hours and moved to some other place.

First and foremost it's not for the caretaker to decide when the ac will be switched on. The remote is kept with him so you can't use it at your own convenience. No concept of reading lights. No privacy even between rooms anyone comes at random to use the wash room.. very very poor experience. The beds are of poor quality. Guys don't go for this. It sucks.

Unfortunate place...STAY AWAY It's called a startup house but it's just an other other office space and people are working on their flex...it's soo unfortunate that whoever booked the place becomes more fake than they already been...like the place portrays it's just flexing...and kind of stuff in that loop...please don't fall for a cheap low profile scam....

I was promised a refund because they couldn't shift the booking to the Hyderabad property which should have been easily doable. They made it seem easy and simple enough. I was told that they will approve the request from Goibibo. After the reassurance of refund, I talked with Goibibo customer support for the cancellation and refund. I didn't receive any refund for days, so I talked to Goibibo again and they told me how they have been sending emails repeatedly to Draper Bangalore without any response back. So I called Draper Bangalore again and they just said they never received any email from Goibibo. When I called Goibibo once again, they directly told me that Draper Bangalore is lying to me. I mean if you don't want to refund, just be honest about it instead of giving false hopes to the customer. What a shame! Success doesn't come to greedy people, let it be known.
