“The rooms at Livesta PG for boys are reasonably okay, but the overall experience has been disappointing. On many nights, there are serious issues with power and water supply, which makes it very difficult to manage, especially when we have to attend classes early in the morning. The owners do not seem to take enough responsibility to resolve these problems properly. In this aspect, the service is very poor. The mess food was good at the beginning of the semester, but the quality gradually declined over time. Considering the high rent we pay, the facilities and service are not satisfactory. Overall, I feel Livesta PG is not worth the amount charged unless they seriously improve power backup, water availability, service response, and mess quality.”

Reaper Bunny★★★★★I meant 4.5, an excellent pg with amazing living facilities. Feels like I'm living in a hotel with IKEA appliances. The food and living is top notch just with one problem which is the wifi. Livesta has made wifi limited rather unlimited (used to be unlimited hope they change it soon) kind of difficult to work as well as for daily use. Slow download and upload speed especially with video editing and rendering. Suggesting to have Jio data for external data connection. But other than that everything else is really good. Highly recommended!

Pros - 1) Great management, good hygiene and maintenance. 2) The students are really good. 3) There is a mess right next to the PG affiliated by Livesta and serves decent food. 4) There's a supermarket right in the front, Medical stores restaurants nearby. 5) The PG is right on the main road. 6) The rent is absolutely a game changer, you'll not find another PG like this at this price point. However there are a few concerns - 1) Zero ventilation and natural light in the room. 2) Power cut very often (There's no power backup). 3) Unreliable WiFi 4) It's hard to stay in the PG in the summer because of no ventilation. 5) Washing machines are dirty. Overall it's value for money but if you want a step up, Consider their new luxury PGs. It has more facilities.
