Recently there is a lot of issue. I do not recommend this place. Ussue with Live in Out. 1.No warm water is available. The manager/ staffs are not doing anything about it. I think the geysers are broken and nobody is fixing it. I have complained so many times. 2.Water is not being supplied at morning. We have complained about it time and again. 3.There are much confusion with visitor policies as well. As management charges an amount for visitation but no proper policies around it. For example if my younger sister is on her vacation she visits stays in my room for which I give a fair amount of 500/-. However, it is still being escalated. However I have seen people bring in visitors randomly for which they are not even informing the management or anyone. The demand is to have a strict nd fair policy for all. 4.Cleaning of washroom does not happen even weekly 2wice sometimes once. It seems PG is unstaffed. 6. Safik is charging me extra from my deposit for painting the room even after paying 2k/- maintance. And my deposit is not getting funded on time.

SHITTIEST PLACE I HAVE LIVED IN. Shifted here 3 weeks ago, water cooler on my floor was not working at that time, they said they'll fix it in a week, 3 weeks have gone nothing is done yet. When I talked to other tenants I got to know it's not working for last 2 months. Now the water filters of other 3 floors have also stopped working, we need to go to ground floor to get water. Flush in room is not working properly, exhaust fan does not work. When you call the manager Prabhat, he will not pick the call and ask only to message. His answer always is we will fix by tomorrow. There are only 2 out of the 4 washing machines work, causing a long queue. Other tenants have repeated asked them to fix the washing machine but nothing is done for the past 6 months.

Reviews are being hidden now.🙏🏻Worst pg ever. Please do not make the mistake of going to this pg. Unreasonably high prices. Irresponsible management. Had a horrible 6 month stay with least or no facilities provided from October 23 to March 24. No hot water, wifi problem always, lift is very very slow, no fridge, no response even after going to Sofia. Very rude and immature behaviour. No use even going for help on any level of the management. The pet Leo is also not properly treated. They do not have humanity and definitely don't know how to care for pets and still brought the poor baby into this hell. He would eat from trash or beg for food. Instead he could have had a safe and healthy life in some other home where he's loved. The caretakers were good. We would go to the caretakers for any repairs or maintenance as the management was not doing their job. The "only" best parts in the stay that made me reside for 6 months is because the rooms were spacious and residents were like family except the manager "Sofia Suvreen Rani Bardhan"

Staying here has been a very disappointing experience. The biggest issue is water — there’s no proper supply, and hot water is never available when needed. The WiFi is another joke. They deliberately delay or avoid recharging it just to save a few bucks, leaving us without internet for days. It's incredibly frustrating, especially for students or working professionals. The people managing the place, especially Nirmal and his team, are extremely uncooperative. They ignore complaints and often respond rudely. Their only concern is collecting rent on time — beyond that, they don’t care about our basic needs or well-being. Cleanliness and maintenance are almost non-existent, and they expect you to adjust with everything. Definitely not worth for working professionals.

Worst property. I had never been to any property like Ivory in past 17 years of my career in different cities across globe. Ivory Studio One is disastrous. The room I opted is 210. No water for first 2 days, no hot water, sink tap is broken, bathroom taps are jammed I need to apply my strength to turn on & off the tap, flush is not working, cupboard was broken and they almost took 5 days to repair it, electric socket and electric board is broken, bathroom is stinking and dirty. Except the room is wide rest everything is worse in room. None of the basic amenities are not provided at all. No response to any of your concern from property manager Sophia. Connecting on her call was also not possible in a week stay. She don't even have a courtesy of call back us upon a missed call from us. Rakesh seems like an owner with whom I raised my concerns was not able to resolve my concerns and without any second thought I vacated property and lost my one month rent ₹10500. I regret my 1 week stay at Ivory. I prefer comfortable & peaceful stay over money. I am really amazed to see how few guys giving 5 star rating. There is no option to give 0 star. Water Heater Issue, Dog Pet Issue, Mouse Issue none will get resolved. Management is not working well. Also dog will get fresh in dinning area as per image attached Manager will instruct you to look for other PG or will do some nonsense

In this PG, Sophia will act quite smart until you step in, or before you rent pg. Then Sophia would switch off the phone and escape. There is no proper water, the bathroom flush won't work, no hot water & fan switches are not working. Be aware of this, they will completely fool you. This PG is totally waste because of the management sophia.

How should I start this review: lets talk about room first : bad wifi internet, television not working, no extra amenties (no soap, water container in room), some of the switch boards not working, phone signals at 4th floor or above was poor. Next about hotel staff: they rarely can help on most of the stuff. I tried talking to them to handle the above issues but their response was, "as many people living in the hotel so signals are weak and television wires are not properly aligned". Overall most of the time they were not worried about the people living in the hotel. Hotel Food : quality of food was okish and they used to take a lot time for food. Not enough staff to handle the population of the all the room. Some positive things : lift was working, bed was comfortable and there was a gym for showoff.

We got double sharing room. The bed was the worst. Squeaked every day for 14 days. Informed manager about it and I was told there are no other rooms available AND the next day I saw more guest checking in. (what?) no hot water in washrooms, they have solar geyser so, you know... laundry charges= 15 rupees/cloth !! some of the staff are way too arrogant, made me wait for 45 mins for hot drinking water when i needed it the most (fell ill) and then argue with me that it was just 5 mins( I mean WHAT!!) If you are with a group of like minded people you will manage. Otherwise choose some other place. Thank you

The standard of this property is really poor, don't believe on photos , food is okay but you will be able to find such rooms 200 to 300 rupees per night. They really need to upgrade lot of things and maintain the hygiene. I just had a sleepless night because of hygiene issues.

The bed and cleaning was fine. No hot water in some rooms. Take bath in freezing cold water early morning!! Late service for dinner or lunch and quite costly. Not very tasty either. Breakfast is always after 7.30 even if you NEED to leave by 7. A small stain on the sheet was charged upto Rs.380.

Staffs should taught to respect the guests. There is a shuttle driver from ivory, he use to abuse people who come 2 minutes late in front of all the people. They won't change the remote battery, bathroom lights won't work and they won't allow anyone else otherthan people who stay there. I won't even consider this as a hotel. Morning complementry breakfast is the worst thing you could ever start off your day with.

Pathetic place to stay, lift is slow, food not good, breakfast they give only 1 or 2 options, hot water is not frequent, very dim lights, place is always smelling, no Parking place. Please do not provide such places for accommodation, really bad and disappointing experience

Here hospitality workers don't talk nicely. At times even speak words that insults you or hurt you. Never admits their mistake. Even for doing bedsheets dirty they will charge you 600 rupees fine. Worst place to live.

The staff is good. But the infrastructure sucks big time. WIFI never works. Hot water only in the morning. Food is exhoribantly over priced. Quality is pathetic.
