I had a very unpleasant and horrible experience at this property, and I would strongly advise others to reconsider staying here. From the moment I checked in, the condition of the facilities was extremely disappointing. The washrooms were in terrible condition, with broken window glass that posed a risk to safety. The toilet seats were damaged and left in an unusable state, which made the overall experience very uncomfortable.The air-conditioning was barely functional, and out of all the fans, only the ones at position 1 and 5 were even working properly. This made the stay very frustrating, especially in hot weather. The housekeeping service was almost nonexistent. The bed sheets were not changed even once during five days of stay, nor was the room cleaned. Hygiene standards were completely ignored, leaving the room feeling dirty and neglected throughout the entire visit.Overall, this place felt very unhygienic and poorly maintained. For the price paid, I expected at least basic cleanliness and working amenities, but unfortunately, none of that was provided. This has been one of my worst stay experiences, and I cannot recommend this place to anyone looking for a clean and comfortab

My stay at Manasa Inn Lodge was extremely disappointing. The rooms are overpriced for the quality offered. The place was very dirty, the AC wasn’t working, and there was no restaurant service available. The toilet was dirty, making the stay very uncomfortable. There is also no parking, which adds more inconvenience. I do not recommend this place at all. Needs major improvement.

Very horrible experience here, there are broken window glass for the washrooms, toilet seats were broken. AC was just functional, fan just 1 n 5 were working. The sheets were not changed for 5 days nor the room cleaned. Altogether it was not hygienic here

Worst experience of my life, never had such an experience ever. Unhygienic washrooms, shabby rooms with dim lights, no fresh air circulation. Even after repeated single star ratings, they failed to maintain atleast the basic hygiene. Although one bottle is free for everyday, yet they charged full price as of branded water bottle like Kinley, Bisleri and gave local water, had to purchase branded water from outside. Asked for washroom cleaning, never did it. Didn't change the sheets and no soap shampoo was given. The head shower was dysfunctional. No 24 hr hot water, and was just luke warm. Very bad experience, don't recommend it. Owner pls don't reply saying, we will improve because several commented bit action was not taken. Don't want fake promises. Will vacate asap

The filthiest hotel every seen. Avoid booking here, rooms are littered with cigarette ash and bed sheets are not washed atall, rooms are full of dust and spiderwebs, provided bedsheets are practically unusable. There are other better hotels nearby so don't book hear unless you want to regret. P.S.: It would be beneficial if the owner could allocate a small fraction, let's say around 1%, of the attention given to managing online reviews towards enhancing basic cleanliness and hygiene standards in this filthy hotel. Addressing these fundamental aspects would likely contribute to a more positive guest experience rather than claiming customer is wrong. Now I am completely conviced the 3+ rating maintained in maps is due to hyper activeness of the owner towards online reviews.

We had seen bad reviews about this hotel before going but still we opted it, mainly because of the location. We stayed in AC family room (costing ~ Rs.1900/-) in 1st week of April ’23. Now if I look back, others who provided feedback were totally right. This hotel is totally avoidable. Room is comparatively spacious, but bathrooms are unclean and they smell badly. And the room is full of cockroaches. Instead of Mansa Inn, it should be called Roaches Inn. Front portion was being demolished because of road widening activity and there are no safety measures. Customers had to walk through debris and debris hanging above your head. In fact, owner and the staff (except the night shift receptionist) need to understand how hospitality industry works. They don’t care for customer experience at all. Lift (automatic) is another dangerous place to be in. Lift door doesn’t stop if you put your hand; my wife’s hand got stuck and she was lucky not to get harmed. Because of the road widening activity hotel doesn’t have normal restaurant. So, one need to rely on outside food only. Room: 2/5 Bathroom: 1/5 Location: 4/5 Cost: 2/5 Service: 2/5 Hospitality: 1/5 Overall: 1/5 So, there are good hotels

I had a very bad experience because of the staff behaviour at the reception, As we booked the room once we reached the hotel they didn't have any record of bookings done. after showing the call log they started to show some room's which is un hygienic, then they showed another room which we selected but they dined to provide that particular room saying they booked for a regular customers that to for after one day. One person in the reception ( mid age person ) area had too much of ignorance and there was no part in convincing in spite of their mistake. I strongly suggest never go to this hotel.

A very dusty and dirty hotel. Poor service of staff and also of thr Reception staff. Being very rude to customers. Suggested not to stay in the hotel. The washroom are also dirty and even the bed and the bedsheets. They provide no Wifi and no hot water before 7am Don't go by the images they have shared online it is another even 1% like that.

After bad experience from vidya residence came to this hotel seeing the review and photos... reception is a idiot.. very rude nd denied to give room even though we are married couple nd with valid id.. he doesn't know rules.. he directly said police will ride the hotel nd lock d room..!!! no professional behavior.. hotel entrance is like dungeon.. decent families plz dnt visit this one also.. very bad experience.. immediately we came off as we got to know what kind of place it is .. visit bala, or nakshtra whr I'm gng now for peaceful mind nd for decent families...

Pls ignore booking rooms in this hotel.
