This is the worst hotel i ever seen. I have travelled almost all over India i never faced this kind of disrespectful people. In Bangalore I stayed more than 8 hotels but this is the only hotel who behaved very bad to the customers. We booked this hotel through third party app and we are showing the confirmation mail and that guy who at reception was saying if you don't speak Hindi then wait even after he received the confirmation mail he is not responding cooling saying if you have time wait else get out we won't refund the money how dare he can spoke to the customers like this... I never ever recommend this hotel. The guy at reception his name is Jagan or Guhan...

I had the worst experience. They charged me 66 dollars but never gave me a room when I landed there in the early morning hours. I had requested ahead of time through hotels.com that I needed an early check in on the day of the booking. They have refused to reimburse me claiming that booking.com never told them about the early check in request. Meanwhile Booking.com does not take responsibility either. Worst part was Bloom did not even offer to check around other hotels in the area on my behalf nor offer for me to stay in the lobby until day break. I ended up walking the streets alone at an unsafe hour looking for a place to stay. I will never consider Bloom again.

This review is not about the hotel but about the sales team - specifically a Ms.Daisy and Mr.Arjun from the sales team. I needed to make a bulk booking and contacted Mr.Arjun to negotiate the rates. He offered me a rate and I told him I will confirm it the following day, post which he didn't answer my call. I then reached out to Ms.Daisy to get the rate and she didn't even want to negotiate with me. When I told her the rate Mr.Arjun offered me, she accused me of lying and stopped communicating with me. THE ROLE OF A SALES TEAM IS TO NEGOTIATE WITH THE CUSTOMER - something both these individuals didn't seem to be interested in. What really flabbergasted me was not just their absolute indifference to closing a deal but the sheer manipulation and rudeness of Ms.Daisy. When I finally got in touch with Mr.Arjun using another number, he said he wasn't aware of my dates, that's why he offered those rates. HOW CAN A SALES TEAM MEMBER OFFER A RATE WITHOUT CHECKING AVAILABILITY FIRST? That itself is a red flag about their lying and manipulation. I wanted 10 rooms and was willing to negotiate a rate, if they couldn't do that they should have been clear. There's absolutely no excuse for lying,

The noise from the main road is very disturbing. To get any sleep here is difficult as the rooms don’t have noise proof windows and the hotel is right on the main road. The staff refuses to help and accommodate any requests whatsoever. It is also impossible to get darkness in the room as you can see from the photo.

Rooms are not as good as other nearby hotel. Not worthy as money spent. Only interiors are good and that's the reason people are attracted to it. I had a bad experience with the staff during breakfast. Very rude guy not serving food. Even did not ask for live dishes options. I was eating and asked for bread to serve but that gyu told me to take it by myself rudely. However on the 2nd day the lady in the restaurant was very kind and gentle.

Dump of a place. The rooms are made of cardboard I believe. All the time you will hear noises from the room above, from the corridor. Right next door there is construction going on.. That noise too... Most uncomfortable beds with a totally sagging, highly uncomfortable mattress.. Please see the image. And the placement of the safe..what were they thinking ??? See image. Avoid at all costs !

Very close to airport but little far from city. Breakfast service is very very poor with immense delays in service. No change in menu for 3 weeks straight. Lunch/ Dinner is even worse. People enter your room just after one knock on the door, this happens repeatedly day after day. You have to keep your door latched with a chain, for you to protect your integrity. Feedback after being here for 17 days. Worst ever experience for paying such a hefty amount!

I stayed at this hotel for 7 hours before catching an international flight, and it was the worst mistake of my life! First of all, there is no driveway to the property. I had to drag my bags from the road and lift them over the curb to enter the hotel. It’s definitely not accessible for everyone. The staff was very unwelcoming, showing no smiles or friendly gestures. The lobby, corridors, and elevators were not air-conditioned, which made for an uncomfortable experience. The rooms are not soundproofed at all. I had a disturbing sleep because I could hear everything from the corridor and even conversations happening in the next room. Additionally, the rooms had noisy split AC units with dirty remote controls. The bathrooms lacked even the most basic amenities. There was no lotion, hair dryer, or iron provided. The separation between the bath and toilet was just a half curtain, which made everything feel messy. To make matters worse, the hotel staff was intrusive. They began calling and messaging me on WhatsApp the morning before my check-in, asking for a pre-payment despite my booking being secured through Booking.com. I found this behavior unprofessional, unacceptable, and irr

Well, I just got here and the first thing I see is two huge coackroaches at the foot of my bed ... and, I'm on the 4th floor! Disgusting! Tried to smash them with the remote, but they got away. I hope I don't have to get up in the middle of the night, I hate that crunching noise. The internet is from 1995 (ridiculously slow) and is basically unusable ... see photo. Crazy noise from the super-busy street out front, and I asked for the quitest room they have. I definitely do not recommend, especially at these western prices ;-(

I frequently travel to Bangalore for business trips and stay near the airport. I chose this hotel despite it being more expensive than others because it’s a newly built property. However, the rooms are small, the furniture is cheap, and you can hear snoring from the neighboring rooms—making it a shabby hotel overall. It’s safe to say that the conditions are the worst for the price. In particular, I ordered room service for dinner, and the chicken dish costs 500 rupees. Compared to nearby hotels, this one is the worst. I recommend choosing another hotel.

Unreasonable Policy and Poor Experience Stayed on May 11th, booked a twin-bed room for two monks. After arrival(three people), I informed the front desk that I would stay for about one hour before heading to the airport. However, the front desk staff, Sudarshan, insisted that I was not allowed to enter the room, following the manager Karthik’s instructions. Despite our explanation, both Sudarshan and Karthik firmly refused. After about half an hour of discussion, they demanded that I provide my passport for hotel registration in order to enter the room. This was a serious violation of personal data protection and extremely unreasonable. Having stayed at five-star hotels around the world, I have never encountered such a policy. Very disappointed with the experience. I do not recommend this hotel.

We arrived here in the night and just wanted to get a room. We could not pay via credit card - the staff did not know why it was not working, so we had no change to get a room. We moved to the Quality Inn down the street here the credit card worked without a problem. Not the best experience in the middle of the night after such a long flight.

Spent a night here before my flight. The entrance was muddy and unclean when I arrived in the evening. The room door never locked properly and kept making a sound repeatedly so had to call the staff to fix it. The room albeit clean was way too small for the price. No cupboard either. I ordered food for in-room dining. They didn't have most of the items. The menu was very expensive for the quality provided. The male staff didn't bring half the items so had to call them again. By that time, my food was cold. All the dishes barely had any salt or seasoning. I was hungry and already wasted my money so had no option but still couldn't eat it all. If not for the location, this hotel barely has any redeeming qualities.
