“They don’t refund your security money on various pretexts, poor communication between owner and company. Apart from that: Good living space, fully furnished. Food provided by zolo is not upto the mark. Always cold even in the hot box and at times stale. The staff is good.”

“Please improve the quality of the food (esp breakfast) No. of food takers are only 20% of the total residents....Please note that this low rating is given regarding food which is not improved despite many reminders. Relax everything else is very fine only thing this the price is very high for single sharing. It is my request to the zolo to improve its food and make the price little reasonable.”

“I had a terrible experience at Zolo Maverick. The cleaning is never done on time, and when it is, the quality is very poor. The property manager, Snigda, is completely unhelpful and does nothing to resolve issues. Overall, the service is extremely disappointing — far below the expectations they set when you move in.”

“Very disappointed with the security and management at this Zolo property in Bangalore. A medicine courier worth ₹2,700 was delivered inside the premises when no one was available to receive it and was left in reception desk. Later, a school kid and his mother—who were not residents—were allowed inside the private property, and the parcel went missing. When I informed the property manager, I was told that Zolo does not take responsibility for personal belongings, with no support or explanation for the security lapse or unauthorized entry. If parcels and belongings are not safe even inside a gated property, it raises serious concerns about security and accountability. I would advise others to be cautious. I believe safety comes first then comfort”

Complaints are raised repeatedly, but the property manager and support team are completely unresponsive. We’re paying for basic amenities that are never functional. No accountability, no timely action, just silence. This is borderline fraud. Save yourself the frustration — avoid this place unless you’re okay with paying premium rent for third-class servi

Shounak Mukherjee★★★★★I had a bad experience recently. Both the staff are so unprofessional. They drink everynight, and are very disrespectful especially towards girls. Recenty saw them fighting with one of my female friend that to at 11:30PM. Also I was talking to one of the guys from same Zolo and got to know that they have some setting with them. So basically you directly pay them and they will allow an extra member to stay in your room. Also this is especially for girls - If you stay there keep your door locked from inside because they have the keys and they will try to enter your room later saying that they are there to clean.

Akshay★★★★★PG is Good, but there is no Authority to take care of any issue. Even Rising ticket on app of zolo don't help. They turned it to resolved without looking into the matter. It happened with me 4 times. They Provided my own room keys after 10 days, till that everytime I have to tell staff to open and close my gate. There is only Charging point in a shared room, no body cares here after telling them 8 times.

Caretaker is not responsible at all . This is not service which customer deserve given 10k for double sharong room 2k for food 0.5k for electricity Total 12.5k minimum
