Worst Experience at Stanza Living Turin House – Big Scam I stayed here for 3 months and every single day was a nightmare. There are constant water and electricity issues, sometimes taking more than 6+ hours to resolve. The water supplied is extremely dirty and unhygienic. But the biggest scam is the SECURITY DEPOSIT. At the time of joining, they promised it would be refunded within 45 working days after checkout. It’s been 90+ working days and they kept giving lame excuses like “technical issues.” Clearly, there are no technical issues – it’s just a scam to hold your money. There is ZERO support – no proper contact number, no helpdesk. When I contacted the manager Hemanth, he shamelessly said “the money was given to Stanza, go ask them not me.” This shows their unprofessional and irresponsible behavior. Finally, I had to call the police, and guess what? Within 5 minutes my money was refunded. That itself proves how they fool people until legal action is taken. Please avoid this PG at any cost. Do not fall for their fake promises. You will lose your peace of mind, health, and your money. Stanza Living Turin House is a total fraud – Never ever recommend this to anyone!

I didn't like staying in this PG ,the agent took 1000 Indian rupees from me and said they had to paint the room and they have to pay for the people to clean the room isn't it there work to check for this ? which had been alloted to us. When we were staying there they painted the whole pg and didn't charge penny from other residents as per my knowledge. there are so many hidden charges they'll deduct like platform fee,exit fee and they had put fine of 150 for damages such that there were no damages when we left and the food wasnt good when we stayed there on top of that cleaners didn't used to clean the room properly and if anytime water is not available it will take a lot of time to get refilled and you have to pay for your own electricity and water bill.

Worst Experience. Don't join this pg. If google provides negative rating i would have gave that. Every now and then there are issues like water , electricity , lift. Also they take onboarding charges and they give you a room with cupboard which has cockroaches. There is no hygiene. The washroom smells like rotten place. There is no helpline. The app where you raise a ticket is worthless they don't acknowledge.

My stay at Stanza Living Turin House was nothing short of frustrating. The list of problems is endless: Water shortage was a constant issue, making daily life extremely inconvenient. The food quality was pathetic — repetitive, tasteless, and often unhygienic. Frequent electronic shortages and malfunctions, with no timely fixes. Rude behaviour from staff, especially Solomon, who showed no professionalism or respect towards residents. High bills for facilities that barely worked. Washing machines were often out of order, forcing us to find alternatives outside. House cleaning was irregular and far from satisfactory. Security deposit not returned without any valid reason or explanation. Praveen solomon the manager is so rude he will not listen your problems Overall, this place is overpriced for the poor quality of service provided. I would not recommend Stanza Living Turin House to anyone looking for a comfortable and reliable stay.

SCAM PG DONT COME HERE Been in the pg for an year, food is bad, literally no one goes to dinner. Now you have to pay extra charges for electricity arround 1000 rs + and water charges, there's no way for you to know how that's calculated. Even new people who joined recently are regretting their decision. If you don't want to believe me, join and see

Too much unnecessary fees.. i joined for 8500 with in 6 months they made the fee till 11000.. also electricity seperate bill and rooms wont be that much clean .. think twice before join.. the worst thing is agreement will be there its not like regular pg.. the deposit amount is 15000 .. after 45 days of vacating your deposit will be refunded .. don’t know why 45 days lockin period.. for thier hostel fee and other fee you have to pay on time but for returning our own money they will take 45 days .. you can’t question anyone also because everything is stanza app based .. you have to pay otherwise your 15000 will be lost.. its like a trap .. better to avoid..

Absolutely would never recommend this place to anyone. Food: Horrible. I stopped going for dinner after just 3 months here. Electricity: Power cuts are way too frequent. Washing machines: Out of 3, only 1 actually works—and it’s always either occupied or filled with someone’s clothes left behind. Garbage: Corridor often has spilled trash because regular cleaning isn’t done. I’ve been told staff aren’t paid on time, so they stop showing up. Water: Frequent cuts. Every time they say “workers are coming, will be fixed in 3 hours”… this happens at least 3 times a month. Cleanliness: Big rats and cockroaches are common, especially in the kitchen at night. Electricity bills: You’ll get random/unclear charges. Utensils: Barely cleaned—just rinsed with water, no proper washing. Microwave/Induction: In terrible condition. I’ve literally seen cockroaches and insects inside the microwave, so I never dared to use it.

Not at all recommended. Every alternate day there will be one or the other issue in this property, the major one being the water shortage, even for drinking, and secondly no unlimited wifi (100 GB/month). Then there comes the scam of the electricity bill, While onboarding, they will say it will be Rs. 500 (maximum) per month, but let me tell you, it's the least they charge you, maxing out at Rs. 1100 per month per person. But the most irritating thing is the worst management they have; no issue will be addressed, no matter whom you mail or call. Lastly, to return the advance(your one month rent) they'll take 45days from the date of leaving.

Bad real problem is out of stock as Water, drinking water and no good food, I heard about a bad experience from this PG with Praveen (manager) and some staff announced a new yuck rule like the stopping time for meeting my guests in my room is 6.30 pm. That made us feel worse...

Worst PG ever, water won't be there for full day atleast thrice a week, poor wifi, poor maintenance, they say unlimited food but quality is worse, for every 3 months they'll bring new rules and loot money from people, My friend used to stay and because of rules issue they refused to give the refund. No one should opt this PG 🙏

Very Worst PG I ever seen in my 10 years of PG life.. My brother Paid 6000Rs for booking the room. But unfortunately, he got an offer at abroad so before joining date itself we informed the concern person and dropped email with proper justification like HR letter as well as email confirmation but still didn't received any amount. Please be aware this kind PGs I really disappointed ☹️.. I'm looking support from this team but still it's dream... 6000 Rs Gone from pocket unnessarisly...

Most pathetic services ever a PG can have. Without taking any papers they took 20K per month without any booking. I stay there for 3 month, only the Captain used to take the money from me every month. Since they have not done any documentation for my staying, no Wifi access has been given to me.When I left the PG, 2.5K rupees were supposed to give back to me by the Captain. But till date, he has not returned single peny of that. Even after calling several times also, he has not picked up the call. It is the most cheating agency I have ever seen running a business like this. Writing this feedback, so that the management could contact and return back my pending deposit. Stay duration - Jan 2023 - April 2023 Room no. 208 - (Single Occupancy) Pending Deposit - Rs. 2,500
