I had an extremely disappointing experience at Malgudi Farms, and I feel compelled to share my story to warn other pet owners. During our stay, my dog was bitten by another dog ( the owner's) on their premises. While accidents can happen, what made this situation unbearable was the complete lack of responsibility and empathy from the management and the dog owner.||First, the resort failed to enforce basic safety measures. There was no supervision of the pets, and the other dog was allowed to roam freely despite clear signs of aggression. When the incident occurred, the staff seemed unprepared and unbothered. They did nothing to assist or ensure my dog received immediate care, at the moment of attack...||What’s worse, when I approached the management, they were not truly apologetic at all. Instead, they tried to justify the situation by blaming my dog and claiming it was a "normal dog behavior." They showed no concern for my pet’s well-being and refused to take any responsibility for their lack of oversight. ||The dog owner was also equally unapologetic and dismissive, reluctant to cover any veterinary expenses or even acknowledge the severity of the situation. My experience was worst staying here! We had rats roaming everywhere in the room and couldn't sleep the whole night. We came here to celebrate my husband birthday, unfortunately this was the worst. We shouldn't have opted this and gone somewhere else. It ruined out day and waste of our money.

Open Letter to the Owner of Malgudi Farms, Hoskote, Bangalore. Reason for 1-Star Rating* recently visited Malgudi Farms with my family, and I was initially very impressed by the beautiful surroundings, the well-maintained property, your welcoming hospitality, and the fact that it is a pet-friendly resort. However, during my stay, I encountered some deeply troubling issues regarding the treatment of two of your resident dogs that have compelled me to share my concerns. I heard a dog whining and barking from an area I couldn’t access. When I inquired, I was informed that the dog was a blind Labrador named "Whiskey." After some effort, I found Whiskey locked and chained in a room all day long. Concerned for his well-being, I continued to ask various staff members about his daily care—when he was taken for walks, what his food schedule was, and how often he received attention. To my surprise, I also learned that another senior Labrador, named "Max," was confined in a separate room under equally distressing conditions. When I investigated further, I was horrified to find that Max was kept in a dark room with no light, no clean drinking water, and no food in sight. He was living in hi

If you are planning for a wedding I would say please do not go with them unless you have less than 50 guests.. stage is too small..lighting and decor was ok..... They said they will organise everything but everything takes its own time.. Wedding video was ready after 2 years of wedding.. can you imagine.. ?? and that was of very poor quality after all that wait! Quite expensive for the quality..Not recommended ! Having said that.. if you are looking get some farm experience, it is good..with lots of fruit trees and some animals...

This is a late review. Was thinking whether I need to put a negative review or not. But I thought I would review the place anyhow. We had stayed there on November 13th and 14th 2021 and had a horrible experience. The food was perhaps the worst. My wife had to visit hospital next day, thanks to the food. The cupboards wers not clean. The linens and blankets were not washed properly. We had to literally beg then to change the blankets and linen. Even the replaced linens and blankets were not clean. The beds were stinking. Never had a worse experience anywhere earlier. Pictures speak a thousand words. If I had an option to give 0 stars, i would have done that.

This is in fact not a resort. There is no greenery, no activities, no space. All that you can get here is dry land around the cottages, cottages are not ceiled completely due to which there will be lot of flies and mosquitos in the room, open dining hall with lot of flies around while you sit in the dining hall and garbage dumped near dining hall. Food is just eatable and not worst I would say. You don't even have a reception to this place. May be this place might be better after a year.

Our society family group of around 20 families visited for an outing with lunch & high tea. Very poorly managed service. Food was not good and on top of it almost all of us got food poisoning from their food. When reported the owner was on denial mood. There is nothing that great about this place and I will not recommend it

My booking was confirmed. I messaged them that I will be there to let them know and they said that their booking has been cancelled. It still shows confirmed from my end. The staff is not at all kind to make other adjustments. I was ready to pay extra and they did not even connect me to their manager. A pathetic service.

Bad Customer Service. I wanted to book this resort. But when I called the number nobody is answering my call, its just ringing. I have also sent a Email to them but even after 24 hours nobody has replied to my mail. Even now I tried calling them but no answer. and they are not bothered to call me back. Very bad customer treatment.
