Food was decent compared to what people get in PGs. But mattress had bed bugs after requesting them so much they replaced it with another mattress one month later. The wall was swelling up with molds again they did nothing for it I had to stick chart papers on it. When I went home some other person was sleeping on my bed when I confronted the owner she told I am increasing the rent by 3k pay this or leave only one week was left till next month. Even for deposit they took an entire month to give it back after I left even though I told them one month prior to leaving I made calls from different numbers then she returned it. Before the owner denise this comment as well I stayed there from 2023 to 2024 I had 4 more friends who left this place you can check your records.

Cleanliness n rooms are very nice but giving 4 star has had to sometime face issue regarding the food quantity..yes although it was self service.the caretaker did embrassed me in front of 4 other ppl for taking a extra wada ....the quantity was restricted . ..Sufficient quantity was not cooked..but wen most of the times rice was there for breakfast it used to be lying there as most of the mumbaikar did not prefer to eat it.but for good breakfast yes quantity was restricted. Mam its my hubble request if u fix these prblm..otherwise the stay n place is really good.
