I had a very disappointing experience with this property. I accidentally booked for the wrong date and realised it immediately, cancelling the reservation within a few minutes. Despite this, the “no refund” policy was applied rigidly with no flexibility or willingness to help at all. When I contacted the property to explain the situation, the staff were rude and dismissive instead of trying to understand or offer any reasonable solution. The property manager even said, "I have other work to do instead of dealing with this nonsense". This left me feeling cheated and disrespected as a guest. Based on this experience, I would not recommend this place to anyone who expects basic courtesy and fair treatment.

Cockroaches in the room & bathroom. AC not working. They take their own time in attending the issues. Hot water not given. Shower not working properly. Noisy room bcz of exhaust fan. We have to demand for all items (like toiletries, water, tea/coffee powder etc.).

Good hotel but Bad management. Very bad in terms of parking. They kept 2 wedding on same day in lawn area. The useless watchman has place for visitors but not for guests. Music was on by 7 am in the morning. No sound proof rooms. No electricity for 5 hours.

“We have been a loyal customer for 15 years, but today’s experience was the worst. The manager spoke rudely, switched off the lights without informing, and even started discussing electricity bills with customers — which is highly unprofessional. Despite billing over ₹5,000 today, I was treated with zero respect. This kind of behavior from management is unacceptable and damages customer trust.”

Worst manager I had to deal with , no respect for customer and doesn’t even have manners to talk with customer. I have travelled so much with in India and abroad but never felt like this. If I was the MD I would have sent him for additional customer service training. I should have recorded the whole conversation and posted here but I missed it . No complaint on hotel excellent rooms and breakfast.

It was a terrible stay. The toilet flush was not working , the jet spray was not working the shower hose was broken and the air condition had water leaks the room was worst then a lodge. When complained abt the issue the receptionist was unable to answer and said they had jst cleaned the water tanks. I had to travel the nxt day and the staff were calling late midnight to solve the issue. I had booked through gobibo app. And not booking again

I have been a loyal customer here for over 15 years, but today’s experience was beyond shocking. The manager has absolutely no manners to talk to customers – speaking in a rough, disrespectful tone and even switching off the lights without informing us. On top of that, he had the audacity to talk about the shop’s electricity bill to customers – something I’ve never seen in all my years anywhere else. I billed more than ₹5,000 today, yet was treated with such arrogance. Totally unprofessional and unacceptable behaviour from someone supposed too,

A perfect location, if you are planning for a halt at Belgaum nearby Banglore highway. However, the staff was too impolite and unwelcoming. I ordered some food from Swiggy in my room, asked the reception manager to send plates and spoons to my room, he refused to send and said, "aisa thodi chalega aap khana humse nahi loge aur plates humare use karoge". I mentioned, its part of your service, I have paid for the room and room service is included in the cost. Again he said, you have paid for the room, you will get complementary breakfast but it's not for the cutlery. Pathetic experience this was. This is not how hospitality business work. At pool too they don't keep towels, you need to carry yourself from the room and the pool water too was not so clean. There were many dead insects in the pool. After all of the above, to my surprise a big cockroach came out of the AC in the room. Management should closely look into it.

Cleanliness and location are good in this hotel. Room and furniture design is not good. The table legs are projected and was disturbing to move around. Broken wash basin is something I wouldn’t expect in such hotels. One of the lights flickering. All these made me think they don’t do due diligence for the guest comfort right from the interior design to routine checking of functionality. To top up all these, as a nature loving person I try to reduce the plastic usage in my lifestyle. So I don’t consume bottled water. (Seriously it is not the only clean water). But when I asked they denied me regular water in the room. Luckily I carried my own water so I didn’t have to compromise with my policy. Food taste is good. If they can focus on nuances it would have been a great stay for me.

me and my kid stayed here for a week. Right in a middle of some busy automobile and garage road. Quite old property with seepage marks on the wall. Lift was not functional and there was frequent power cuts. A lot of cockroaches and worst part was found a centipede on the bed while sleeping . Restaurant was worst, don’t even think of eating.

Housekeeping was a disaster; the room was dirty, towels were stained, and amenities were lacking. Overall, a disappointing experience tarnished by poor service and cleanliness standards.

Beware of the front desk staff. Despite having MAP plan they tried charging separately for a dinner. They never bothered to inform the guest that only a limited menu is available under MAP. After guest has ordered food of his/her choice, at the time of billing they'll blame guest for not informing restaurant about MAP plan (so that they can limit his food options). When you confront Hotel manager about it, he'll boast of his resume (not less than Taj and Ritz) and will ask you not to behave like you're in a dhaba. This treatment was meted out for a corporate booking of a reputed national level institution. Good luck to lesser mortals!

Good property but terrible staff!!! Please make sure you don't book this hotel online!!!... This hotel has very clear funda, online customer r not their customer... they are not responsible for any comfort or discomfort caused to online customer. Few of my experiences: 1. Me: Kettle is not clean. Hotel staff: I don't know previous customer had used it 2. Me: Order tea. Hotel staff (after 45 mins): sir i will send it soon 3. Me: Check out time is 24 hours (as per hotel notice board) Hotel staff: No sir, you are online customer

Arrogance at its peak. I have a corporate booking here. This time I wanted to just freshen up and these guys wants to charge for a full day. I have been customer since 2 years regularly coming to hotel for work. And today I had to walk out but they didn't wanted to give room for 3hrs. Can't imagine a hotel where I stayed for 2 years and one day they will come and be so arrogant.
