Good luck getting your advance back from them. Harsha allows new people in your room when you're away and doesn’t properly address any issues you report. I stayed for about 10 months; while the place is clean, there are many problems: hot water only for 1-2 hours, a slow lift, one washing machine, slow Wi-Fi, and no generator during frequent power cuts. Lost my job in September 2023, still requesting for my advance after vacating PG 15 days advance. It's been an year still not received the advance paid. Don't believe PG business, they are to make profits, so say bye to advance amount(even if you follow all rules), harsha will give random reasons and promise to send but won't. Why take one month rent as advance if you can't return our money? Why not charge only 3000 or 5000 as advance like other PGs?

I almost stayed 1 year here, initially it was nice but slowly experience was becoming bad, food quality degraded, when i was not in pg, without my consent the owner used to give the room to some other people for stay, and at the time of leaving he deducted 2000 extra money on top of 2000 maintenance charge without any proper reason,just said the office gave this much only, this is not acceptable. Please avoid staying in this pg or you will also be scammed, they will deduct your hard earned money that you gave as deposit even if you don't break anything, worst pg experience you can get there, lift is really slow. If something is not working in your room and if you complain then they don't look into the matter soon, they just delay it and delayit. My friend gate lock was broken and he didn't fixed it for more than a month. Avoid staying in pg, service is really bad

Not satisfied with the PG experience at all.. I had stayed there because I wanted to stay urgently for a few days. But while moving out and finishing all the process properly, the owners start ignoring the requests for refund of deposit. I didn't not receive the deposit, they keep delaying the request, and start ignoring your calls once you move out. And experience wise as well, really tiny cupboards (can't even put more than half of my stuff inside the cupboards). Food was okayinsh, but the service by owners and reception was not satisfactory at all.

*AN HONEST REVIEW* I stayed in Rooms 505 and 502 at Sri Renuka PG for Gents for nearly a year. I was in a two-sharing room, with a monthly rent of ₹10,500. This review is based on my personal experience and aims to highlight both the pros and cons, along with a few frustrations that may not be deal-breakers but are worth being aware of. Some of these experiences might be specific to me and not applicable to everyone. PROS - Before finalizing my stay, I visited around seven other PGs in HSR Layout. Among them, Sri Renuka PG stood out for offering the most spacious two-sharing rooms, with ample sunlight and ventilation. - Each tenant is provided with the essentials: a bed, pillow, wardrobe, chair, and an attached study table — all of which are standard but well-maintained. - The owner is highly responsive and approachable. He can be reached via WhatsApp and usually replies almost immediately to any concerns or requests. - The availability of drinking water is a big plus. Each floor either has a water cooler or at least a 20L water jar, which makes access to clean drinking water very convenient. - Housekeeping is done regularly — with daily sweeping and mopping of rooms and wee

PG is well maintained , you get table,TV ,bathrooms attached to the room with proper ventilation and water facilities. Harsha(Owner) is good person to talk with. He will listen to your problems and he understands your concerns. I stayed for 7 months with good people over there after-all I have to shift to another location besc of my job otherwise that PG is Good in HSR Location. Veg PG food is fine you can enjoy the foods but not every-day reason will be the Sunday food that’s what I didn’t liked. And last but not least maintain decorum will no complaints he will send you the security deposit on time thats it. Thank you

This review is on my personal experience I stayed room no. 504 in this pg for around 3 months Rooms was clean and maintained Water cooler available so you can drink hot normal and cold water. Wifi connection sometimes drop because of light. Food was also good but some time it happened to be you don't like it . One thing I always remember of this pg give me so osm friends .
