HIGHLY DO NOT RECOMMEND THIS PG! this is pathetic pg, It's been 5 days there is no WIFI , ITS BEING 12 DAYS NO LIGHT CONNECTION IN KITCHEN. WE are continuously calling the owner but NO ACTION. THE Manager Is Illiterate & Doesn't Has Basic Civic Manners. We Are Here For a Month For Exams , They Give So Much Of Stress That You Cannot Study! Pathetic PG! THERE ARE BETTER PGs Near By. Don't TAKE STAY HERE!

I joined by 30th July. Gave advance 15000 Rs. Earlier by chat they said single Room PG rent as 6500. After reaching the PG, they said 10 K + 5 K advance. Left the PG on 18th August. No advance received, no rent balance too. They behaved nicely in the beginning, now not picking up my calls. I have filled a complaint in Consumer court. As more than money, they should not do this to others. If we don't use law against such fraudsters, they will take it as granted.

My experience at this PG was disappointing, especially due to the management. The geyser was broken for 3 to 4 months, despite us constantly requesting repairs. The washrooms and rooms were not cleaned for months, and there were frequent electricity issues. The food was always late, and we also faced water shortages regularly. Overall, it was a very poor living situation And it's been a month the owner has not returned my deposit money , I'm calling owner daily he isn't responding This isn't a bad comment but TRUTH !!

I m sharing here my personal experience and I dont recommend this pg to anyone. I would like to give a negative rating for this. when I was there we faced many issues with washing machine(he never corrected the issue with the washing machine)and food. And also there was a issue with the geyser he didn't correct it either it was for about 2 to 3 months. There is always problem with the electricity sometimes it won't be available for the whole day..when we call them for any of the issue they just don't pic our call and ignore it.

I m sharing here my personal experience and I dont recommend this pg to anyone. It's been 8-9 months I left that pg, when I was there we faced many issues with washing machine and food. And most importantly once you vacat the pg they will not return your deposit money. No matter how many times you call them, msg them ... No answer from the owner and owners dad. And this is not the first time they did this... When I vacated they promised they would give me my deposit money back... But now though u msg them 1000 times it's useless.... Please don't waste your money here .. There are far more better pgs than this... Hope this genuine review helps you guys... I have been cheated by them with my deposit money.... Hope this won't happen with any of the readers out there.. strictly not recommending this Pg... Can't reply to ur msg here , so editing back my review.... Sir u can see msgs here n can reply to the review thn y can't u reply me in whtsapp... Yes I had some medical issues so I vacated but while going u promised u gonna return my deposit money once any girl comes to that room. Evn I do have voice recordings and eye witness... Do u want me to reveal it in public sir?

I don't recommend this pg as they dint give my friends deposit money back no reply for the messages from owner side now after seeing the reply to my friend's review as I was the witness that he promised to return the amount once any girl occupies that room .. yet she vacated for her health issues how can someone get to noe that they'll be facing health issues one month prior..yet it was a medical emergency so she had to do it..not only my friend the other roomates who were staying with her there faced the same issues .. and onemore thing got to report .. actually she had health issues because of the food they provided ... Overall it was a nightmare to stay in tat pg..so I recommend not stay in this pg ...If your reading this especially to the owner of the pg just return my friends deposit money....if you don't my friends money back you'll be under great loss ..remember ... Gudbye to this nightmare pg ..

very bad experience they will not refund deposit they are running a scam please don’t join this pg.When we vacated the pg i clearly asked them are there sny procedures and they said there is none and so i vacated and they said they’ll give deposit after 2 weeks becsuse they’re accounts office is in Lucknow its been more than 1 month and they’re saying there is no proof we shifted the flat i have the recording id them saying this and i will be giving a police complaint on the same.Please dont join this pg

very bad experience they’re running a scam and do not refund the deposit after vacating the hostel.the pg is very unhygienic and the wifi doesn’t work also there is no clean drinking water i called him regarding the refund of deposit and he’s saying he will not give and that there is no proof we vacated the pg so go complaint to police.Overall very bad experience please dont join this pg
