Furthermore rest assured that they will cheat you out of your deposit money unless you chase them relentlessly, irrespective of your duration of stay.

Overall pg with their food and cleanliness is very good and hygienic. Even safe place and environment. But I am not sure whether your money is safe to them or not . The new caretaker is worst. Act like a fraud not helpful and have no decency. I asked about my security deposit neither he is responding to my txt or calls neither he is telling to the owner nor giving me the phone to talk with the owner. Idk whether I will get my money back or not . So be careful before giving the money to them . And be careful from the care taker. As he is worse with his behaviour and had no decency. The caretaker is fraud . He should be changed.
