One of the worst PGs ever. They will show you a different room when booking, and that room won't be available. This has happened to me specifically. The salesperson's name is Preethi, and the property manager, when confronted, told me that he will remove the move-out charges and even give me a 5% discount. The manager's name is Sampath. He also was not at all responsive after the refund has been given. No promise of this Sampath was kept. This is the worst PG ever. Even cleanliness of the PG is an issue. There are leaking roofs everywhere. Don't go with the positive reviews (in recent past). All of these are fake. You can go to the profiles that have given positive reviews and see it for yourself. They don't have any other review other than this review. Which means they created these accounts only to boost rating. Cheap tactics by cheap sales and marketing guys.

(Not Even Worth One Star) – Worst Experience at LOCAL Colive & Work I regret choosing LOCAL Colive & Work. The experience was absolutely horrible from day one. The staff are completely unprofessional and careless. The food quality is the worst I’ve ever seen. Always unhygienic and the drinking water itself looks contaminated. For a 2-sharing room they charge around ₹16.5K per person, but still ask for extra money for electricity and other unnecessary bills. The water supply stops at least 3 days a week, and instead of fixing it, they just make excuses. They don’t even have proper laundry facilities, even though they claim it on their website. Most of what they advertise online is fake. the reality is totally different and disappointing. Honestly, even one star is not worth this place. Local PGs in the same area are far better in every way. Please don’t waste your time or money here — you’ll only end up frustrated.

Shalini from your sales team showed me a completely different property and room during the virtual tour—what I actually got was filthy, smelly, and totally unliveable. After travelling 10 hours, I had to wait 2–3 more hours at this property, only to be handed a disgusting room. Muskaan, the property manager, didn’t even come upstairs or check the room—she had no idea what was going on. Completely mismanaged. Sampat, who I was told would help, refused to return my money despite the condition and clear lack of service. After paying ₹16–17K for twin rooms for what was promised to be a safe, clean space. Instead, I was misled, ignored, and cheated. This property is a scam—avoid at all costs.

Worst co live to be. Previously 2 years ago it was good but now the management is very bad. Roofs leaking, bad sales people who don't have any idea which room is available but they just sell to get your token amount(preethi in my case). They don't even process the refund on time(it's been 2 months since I left, but no refund till now). Avoid this PG at all costs!

​1. Misrepresentation and Breach of Agreement ​During my site visit, your sales representative, Shalini, showed me Room 408. Based on this specific unit, I paid an advance of Rs 5,000 to secure it. However, upon my arrival to check in, I was told that Room 408 had been given to someone else. I was instead pressured to take Room 403, which was not what I agreed to or paid for. This "bait and switch" tactic appears to be a common practice at this location, as evidenced by numerous similar accounts in your Google reviews. ​2. Unsanitary and Unsafe Conditions ​Upon inspecting the alternative room (403) and the facility, I found the conditions to be unacceptable: ​Hygiene: The room and washroom were not cleaned, and the walls were visibly dirty. ​Pest Infestation: I discovered a bed bug issue in the room, which poses a significant health risk and made it impossible for me to stay. ​3. Refund Denial ​When I refused to move into the substandard room and requested a refund of my advance due to these failures on your part, your staff denied my request.

This PG charges ₹16,500 for a double-sharing room without food, which is extremely overpriced given the poor living conditions and lack of promised services. We had to endure weeks with no water supply...yes water! A basic necessity There are serious hygiene and maintenance issues — multiple rooms have bedbug infestations, and there's frequent water leakage that results in no water supply in the bathrooms at times. During rains, the basement gets flooded, creating additional health and safety concerns. At the time of moving in, they promised proper laundry service, but later told us to use self-service washing machines placed on the rooftop, which is completely inconvenient, especially in summer heat or rain. The machines themselves are extremely substandard too When I decided to leave because of all these problems, they agreed on a fixed settlement amount, which I paid. But now, after I’ve left, they’re pestering me for more money, completely going back on their own agreement. Overall, this PG is unprofessional, overpriced, and mismanaged. Staying here has been a nightmare. There is a constant water problem — for days, no water at all in the room, and despite repeated complaints, the management does nothing. They simply ignore your issues like it’s not their responsibility. We’re paying hefty rent for basic facilities, and can’t even do simple things like brushing or using the washroom. What’s the point of staying here if you can’t even maintain basic hygiene? Totally unprofessional, irresponsible staff. They just make fake promises but never fix anything. Save your money and stay far away from this place. Not worth even a single star.

I stayed here for 3months because of that lock-in period. The worst pg i have ever stayed in, rent is very high, these guys doesn't even know the definition of cleanliness ,yeah outside they clean it but the rooms are worst and food the worst quality ever. Don't let these old photos fool you.

This is the worst place to stay. So many bed bugs issues in multiple rooms. Although rooms are spacious, cleanliness is in place....and also food is eatae (7/10). You will be literally tortured by bed bugs. If you are new, and tell them that you have heard a bed bug issue..they will say it was earlier and sorted now. But reality is that the bed bugs are spreading horribly. I lived only for a week, and changed two rooms, and both had bed bug issue. They were shifting me to third room, but the girl living there said,, they also saw some bed bugs..and not sure if room is free from bed bugs..also, after all this, they haven't returned my money. Please be smart to choose where you want to live. I have attached few pictures of bite and also how switch board looks like when there are bed bugs (brown spots are bed bug feces). This has been one of the most disappointing and stressful PG experiences I’ve ever had in Bengaluru. Despite paying ₹16,500/month, the services were nowhere near acceptable. There was no water supply for days — imagine living in a PG where you can’t shower or use the bathroom properly. Residents had to constantly chase the staff for tanker water. Laundry services were abruptly stopped, and we were told to use barely-functional machines placed on the terrace, which was completely impractical during rain or harsh sun. Bed bugs were found in multiple rooms, and complaints were brushed off without proper resolution. During rains, the basement would flood with sewage, creating a horrible smell across the property. It was genuinely unhygienic and nauseating — not livable by any standards. I finally decided to vacate after giving 20 days' notice (which was verbally agreed upon by their staff). But now, they’re harassing me via email demanding 10 more days of rent, despite failing to provide even basic services. Completely unprofessional. This is the worst property in the area, you can get cheaper room with much better facilities around the area. They have multiple issues in their facility like drainage during rains, then the entire basement gets clogged and multiple times through days you won't get the water for basic necessities. There were times when I had to order water bottles for even drinking water. There are bed bugs in multiple rooms with no proper procedure to remove them. They will tell you that they change sheets but as soon as you have stayed for 2-3 months they will stop. And moreover they will always try to extort more money from you. Even after you raise the notice for 30days they will ask you to pay more. And will not consider your notice no matter what. This is a loot factory and should be shut down immediately. They have over the top expensive rooms as well. DO NOT GO THERE. Search a bit, within 200m radius you will find multiple pgs with better infrastructure and facilities and polite staff. EDIT: so I had put up reviews previously as well which you guys asked to remove while I was living there and post those reviews you started to not change the sheets, ignored the bedbug issue only until I pos

Wahida, the so-called manager, is never around when there’s an issue. She disappears every evening, ignores calls, and is mostly absent — yet somehow has time to post fake 5-star reviews praising herself. The PG is filthy: no water, bed bugs, dirty rooms, broken promises. My friend was harassed nonstop for money even after his mutually agreed exit — with spam emails from Wahida and a third-party agency. Their go-to response to any real review? “We can't find your records.” Classic gaslighting. Avoid this scam PG. Unprofessional staff. Zero accountability.

There has been no water in the washrooms for more than 12hours and while it is resolved for some rooms, for a lot of rooms neither is it resolved not any solution given. Awful service. They're already charging you a bomb and can't be bothered to provide basic necessities properly.
