Untrustworthy and unreachable management, they don’t return rent and security deposits (worth ₹13,000) on time, it is very unprofessional and unaccountable behaviour. This is such an unhealthy place to live in with its dirty environment and improper maintenance that we were forced to move out almost as soon as we moved in. The food quality is pathetic, and residents are not treated well, so kindly avoid this PG, it’s mismanaged and not worth the money.

We had an extremely disappointing experience with Sudarshan Luxury Living – Bannerghatta branch. In June 2025, we booked accommodation for my daughter by paying ₹26,000 in advance (₹13,000 security deposit + ₹13,000 one month’s rent). On the day of check-in (7th June), the property was dirty, unhygienic, and unprepared. The caretaker had no information, managers were unreachable for hours, and even current residents complained about food and management issues. We had no option but to cancel the booking immediately without staying even a single day. The ₹13,000 deposit was refunded only after repeated follow-ups. The ₹13,000 rent is still unfairly withheld despite four emails and multiple reminders. Till date, we have received no response at all from the management. This kind of silence and lack of accountability is deeply unprofessional. We are now forced to escalate through the public forums. I am sharing this review so that other parents and students are aware before trusting their hard-earned money here.

While check in the rooms were dirty and unprepared, without anyone present in premises to help hence the family had to cancel immediately. After chasing them for more than a month, deposit was refunded but rent is still withheld with absolutely no response from management over emails and phone. The reviews for this PG were as low as 2 stars until the last 3 weeks ago. Clearly, they've asked bots and random people to drop reviews to deceive people (even men lol). Here's an honest review of this PG by someone who has been living here for the past 3 years: The PG used to be decent and liveable until January of this year, which is when a new manager was hired. There existed a video on youtube uploaded by one of the girls living in sudarshan of how the manager treats us (turns off all access to electricity when rent is not paid on "time" during the worst heat of summer making it unbearable for us) The video has since been removed, which i'm guessing is due to threats made to the uploader. The rent for single sharing was increased by 2000 rupees in april. The girls were not given a one month's notice (ideal time period) in advance. Which is extremely unfair to think about because if one of us had decided to leave the PG due to the rent increase (without informing one month prior to them) we would lose the security deposit as well. The only thing we could do was pay an extra 2000. The girls that resisted and refused to pay had the locks of their rooms forcefully removed. It ha
