“The room is very small, and the facilities mentioned on the website are not available. Even basic amenities like water for freshening up were not provided for the entire day. We complained about this to the manager, but there was no proper response, so we had to arrange water from outside. Although they mentioned that a kitchen and utensils would be available, these were also not properly provided. The area outside the room was very dirty and unhygienic, maintenance was extremely poor, and the location is very far from the main city. I am really very disappointed with this stay. After posting the review, I received a call from the manager, who spoke very rudely, used inappropriate language, and scolded us regarding the review.”
