I had an extremely disappointing and frustrating experience staying at this PG. The maintenance and cleanliness were very poor — proper cleaning was rarely done, and common areas were often untidy. The food was substandard: meals were frequently repeated leftovers, sometimes breakfast would be served again for lunch or dinner, and on several occasions, no food was provided for the entire day without notice. The Wi-Fi was almost always unreliable. Another serious concern was the presence of male cleaners in a ladies-only PG, which made residents uncomfortable and raised safety concerns. The management only added to the frustration — the owner and staff were rude, unprofessional, and dismissive of residents’ concerns. Whenever complaints were raised, the warden threatened eviction rather than resolving issues. Even when they claimed to take action, nothing was ever actually fixed. To make matters worse, the rent was suddenly increased without any prior notice, adding unnecessary stress. Overall, this PG is extremely mismanaged, unsafe for women, and does not value its residents. I strongly advise anyone considering staying here to look for alternative options. This has been one of
