“I have been staying here for more than one year. It is a very good PG in the Arekere Gate prime location. You can easily get buses, cabs, and even the Metro (currently in trial running) to reach your office, which makes commuting very convenient. My Honest Review (Mostly Positive): 1.Owner: The owner is welcoming, friendly, and cooperative. 2.Ventilation: Some rooms have very good ventilation while some do not. It depends on the room you choose. 3.Room Types: Single, double, and triple sharing rooms are available depending on availability. Rooms come with a bed, mattress, and almirah. 4.Parking: Two-wheeler parking is available for PG residents. 5.Maintenance: If any repair is needed in the room (electrical issues, water leakage, etc.), the owner is just a call away and usually resolves it quickly. 6.Environment: The environment is calm and peaceful. There is no disturbance, and you can stay comfortably on your own. If you stay here for a long time, you can also make good neighbors who are friendly and helpful. (This is my personal experience as I stay in a single sharing room.) 7.Laundry: Two washing machines are available for residents to clean their clothes. 8.Cleaning: Rooms a”
