One of the worst PGs I have ever stayed in !!! Don’t blindly pick this PG based on all the positive reviews. Most of the them are copy-pasted by owner’s acquaintances (you can notice the repetition of sentences in positive reviews). 2 month stay at this PG has been the worst experience I’ve had in my last couple of years in Electronic City. They will initially show you a clean and well-maintained room when you go for a trial visit. But then gives you a less spacious room with broken amenities, dirty kitchen & bathroom etc. They will then promise you to change your room in next 7-10 days, but will not do anything. Also, there are severe electricity problems in this PG due to improper power backup, causing extreme fluctuations in voltage and power. Impossible to Work-from-home from here unless you have a good mobile Data option and laptop battery (P.S : Jio network connectivity is non existent inside the PG, you will have to rely on WiFi). I have just left this PG after notice and wanted to warn others before believing the positive reviews. Avoid this PG at all costs !!!

Very very Poor Experience from this PG !! • Showed me a good room when I came for visit and then after paying advance, gave me a room with no sunlight and ventilation. Felt like being cheated. No room change also provided when asked. • No proper security. One of my orders got stolen from the mailbox and CCTV footages were useless. My friends from the same PG also had similar experience. • Checked with caretaker regarding my stolen order. He said he has no responsibility and it’s the responsibility of the tenants to keep their orders safe. • NO RESPONSES to any concerns raised in Whatsapp messages. They will only message you for rent or for information regarding rent increase (which they will do very often). • Biometric lock at the entry gate is not a working one. Any stranger can enter the PG. No safety. • They will dump waste in the Parking Space and the smell it causes in Parking Space is unbearable!!

This is the worst PG I have ever lived in. Don't give proper food, bad management. The owner is only concerned about raising the rent price. Only 2 times food and that too very bad in terms of taste and limited quantity. I would say it isn't worth it. Please look for some other PG otherwise stay and regret it later.

Worst management I never saw any ware. Here they provide only 2times food that also not proper. everyday almost breakfast over at 9 am. They are intensilally delayed, people are wait for breakfast and going to office with empty stomach.

The only reason I’m giving a few stars is because of the caretakers, cleaning staff, and the people who brought food – they were genuinely nice and well-behaved. But honestly, I could barely survive here for more than 1.5 months. From the very first day, they start demanding rent, but when it comes to providing facilities, nothing works properly. The Wi-Fi often doesn’t work, the food service is inconsistent, and the manager along with the night security guard are extremely rude and lack basic manners. On top of that, they shamelessly cut money from your deposit or while paying rent without any valid reason. Even if you pay rent on time, if you forget to update on their app, they will slap you with fines. The worst part is – they won’t even inform you about these deductions and will simply cut the money, then play the blame game when you question them. One of the worst experiences ever.

It's the best property to stay for working professionals. Since ,it's a flat type of pg so all the floors will have a 3bhk flat with attached bathroom and nice food also on weekends 3 times and weekdays 2 times.
