“Worst, horrible experience with hotel grt square ....had booked around 5 rooms with them and paid advance to them for a date which was almost a month later ...and when i went ahead and my guests had arrived on that day ...the receptionist oly gave me 2-3 keys and when i asked for other one he asked to wait for 5 minutes and post that he started saying i cannot give you those rooms as some other person has checked in and they are not checking out ....and he started a fight with me ...even though it was his mistake ..and my guests were waiting...and i had to settle for only 4 rooms and cancel other room and arrange it somwhere else ....one of my worst experience i have faced...pls keep this example and go ahead with the booking ...”

“Very Disappointing Experience – Would Not Recommend I had a terrible experience at this hotel. I arrived just two hours before the official check-in time and politely requested early check-in, but the staff strictly refused, stating that even one hour early check-in was not allowed. There was no flexibility or effort to accommodate guests. What made the stay worse was the poor cleanliness. The blankets and bedsheets were extremely dirty — covered with hair and visible dirt. It was completely unacceptable and very unhygienic. The overall cleanliness standards were among the worst I’ve experienced. I would never recommend this hotel to anyone. Very disappointing stay.”

“The facility is not good . We are waiting for check in room upto 1 hour at the outside only...There is no chair set with tipaayi in the room .. No hot water facility... Simply we are wasting 3 hours in the room only .. In the hotel no one will be there to ask any room service ..”

Karthik MS★★★★★Rooms are good but everything is chargeable If you want Soap to bath It is Rs.25 If you want Brush and Paste It is Rs.25 If you want Towel to Bath it is Rs.25 While booking they told will provide Complimentary breakfast but after Checkin we have to pay and eat .... That too very costly.... Etc....Etc... What a shame on this management.... Very worst...
