Don’t choose this PG. There are many better options nearby. I stayed here for only 10 days and vacated without even asking for my deposit back because the conditions were so bad. They charge an unreasonable deposit of ₹9,000, while most other PGs ask for only ₹2,000–₹3,000. Even after vacating, they keep sending unnecessary messages like “final notice,” “important notice,” and threats of legal action. It’s better to avoid this PG.

I stayed for a month and was absolutely disappointed with the service. - I haven't recieved the deposit yet and noone entertains after you leave the property. - The food was not good. - Geyser wasn't working for like 3 weeks. I had to bath with cold water. - Wifi always had issues and it was limited with extra charge or over-usage. - They said mats and bedsheets should be cleaned by ourselves. - Asked the cleaning of bathroom and it took them 2 weeks to get the approval for buying acid. Seriously? - The app is pathetic and you are obligated to raise any complaints through app only. - They add your deposit in your colive money without asking you and without any notice and you have to manually transfer it to your bank account, seems like a scam to me! - The caretaker is rude and does not care about your requirements. Don't consider staying here even for a week. you'll suffer.

I have raised a request for my ₹8000 deposit refund on 22nd January after vacating the PG on the same day. I had already informed the PG manager in advance and also sent an email to Colive regarding the refund. Despite raising the request on time, I am now receiving a settlement statement showing additional charges However, till now, no action has been taken and I have not received any proper response. There has been complete delay and no communication from their side. Very disappointing experience and extremely poor management. I would not recommend this PG to anyone

The worst pg in bangalore, this colive make scam with there Tennants, unnecessary taking extra charges on water bill, electricity bill, extra room rent, not returning deposit amount. These people should be jailed for fraud case.

Not a good place to live in no network no electricity backup colive cuts power when it rains, beware they don’t give back deposit money when you leave this place . Has been issue with multiple tenants. When you raise service request no one comes for service. Petition is going on against this property.

1) The food is not upto the mark plus not serving lunch and on sundays no food being given makes it more difficult. 2) The room I was given is old, many things were rusted and broken. 3) They charge over and above the rent for electricity and other unneccessary charges. 4) Had a terrible experience during off boarding. The only thing fine is security otherwise not worth paying such high rent.

Nothing good here, I wanted to leave from here, do not come here. Only the location is good but food is the worst Part. Cleaning sometimes happens sometimes not. Rooms are very small, no kitchen access, food served in the parking lot and no Tea and Coffee In the Morning.

Deposit ki nam se loot hey wo log , not a good customer service , kehet kuch aur karte kuch aur, very worst food will be offered here. Not recommended place live here. I lost 4k in deposit. Which is not 10% deduction of 17k.

The Lift gets stuck regularly and you get no response from Management. There is no call button or alarm option in lift. When you get stuck and mobile has no network, you better have strong lungs. Most mornings there is no water. They add unwanted things on invoice and if you don't pay for that and pay for normal charges, they still apply the money against that and say normal charges are outstanding. We had no power for two days and no one bothered. I moved out and now they have made it impossible to get my refund.

This is a genuine review, I was a Colive customer for the last 5 months. I had experienced a really sad and pathetic service from the management and the service providers. They call you by promising everything ( One Miss BHAVYA called and coordinated) and when my stay started there were no response for your service requests, Idk why till u check in they will be all sir this and that, after that they wont even mind u. I have all proofs to support my review. Firstly the washing machines are very old, for 10 clothes it takes 4hrs to wash them that too not in a proper way. Then the lift got shut down and these things are in the worst condition for at least 4 months, I had been Calling every person in the management by gathering numbers from here n there. THey had the drinking water facilty at the ground floor, so every time I need water I had to walk 4 floor down and flll the bottles. I just suggest whoever is reading this please choose a PG after going in person and asking reviews from the people living there. And I would want to mention the Property manager who did respond to a flush issue after almost a month they repaired it.
