Worst stay ever — unsafe and unhygienic! I don’t even have the option to give zero rating. This is the worst stay I have ever experienced in my life. There were rats inside the room, and when I informed the owner, he casually said it’s a farmhouse and rats are common. The rats were running on the roof near the fan, and we had to sleep in fear that they might fall on us. The washroom had leakage issues too. I had booked for 2 days, but because of these problems I asked the owner to accept 70% payment and let us leave early, yet he threatened to complain to the police if I didn’t pay in full. To avoid further trouble—especially since I was with my family—I paid the full amount and moved to another place. I strongly suggest no one books this stay. It’s unsafe, unclean, and not worth even a single star.

I had a very comfortable stay at Aadhya Homestay in Hampi. I had booked the AC room, which included two rooms with two double beds. The space was quite large, well maintained, and the washroom was clean. The room was located on the first floor (not on the ground floor), which gave good privacy. There was also a small balcony/terrace area with a table and chairs, which was nice to sit and relax. Towels and basic toiletries like soaps were provided. The surroundings were very quiet at night, making it a good place for couples and families who prefer privacy and peace. All the main monuments and visiting locations in Hampi were within a 10-minute distance, which made traveling very convenient. The owner, Gourish Dyagi, was extremely polite and cooperative. He personally helped us with all our queries and guided us on how to visit different places around Hampi. Overall, a pleasant stay with good space, cleanliness, privacy, and a helpful host. Would definitely recommend it to anyone visiting Hampi.
