High chances that you might find bed bugs here. Happened with me. Same thing happened in Aug2024 as well. But this time I was assured that there would be no such issues.||Plus the AC would be switched off from 10am to 5pm in the AC dorms such a joke.||Staff isn't very approachable.||Was told that my money would be refunded after a horrible night here, but seems like they have ghosted me.

Avoid at all cost. Simply the worst hostel I have ever stayed for two months travel of India. If you plan to visit Bengaluru, especially during the summer season, this property is absolutely not your place at all. I booked an AC dorm room, which is more expensive than a non-AC room, but they did not mention that there’s a time limit for using the AC on any booking website. They keep all the remotes at the reception and prevent guests from turning it on during the hottest time between 10:30AM and 5 PM (even the instruction about the operating time was wrong; they slowly started sharing the remotes only after 6 PM). It was a bit disappointing, as other hostels in India allow to use the AC unlimitedly, like 24 hours. I was sweating but waited. Then after 5PM, I kindly asked if I could turn the AC on in the room. The reception lady informed me that it would be turned on in 30 minutes. There was power, so I took a shower and waited an extra hour, but nothing changed. I went down to the reception again and told her that the AC was still not working. Then she started giving some random excuse that I needed to wait an extra 10 minutes until a security guy arrived, as he’s the only one who

Our queries are not being managed properly. There is no point of contact available after 5:00 PM to speak with a manager or administrator regarding our concerns. Furthermore, the bed assignment process is inconsistent; we are often assigned a bed in the morning, only for it to be changed again by the evening.

BED BUGS!!!! I had 4 days of hell out there. Couldn’t sleep entire night, staff was reluctant to change my bed despite vacancies. Bed sheet was coloured with my blood strains. Lift smells badly. Annoying security guard was frequently asking me the check out date.

Perfect location but feels like a strict Hostel. Their check in and check out timings are extremely strict. I had made an advance booking for two days but I was not given lower bed. Apparently those who make advance payment get lower bed. I was staying in AC dorm but strangely they remove the AC remote at 11 am and return it at 4 pm. So from 11 am to 4 pm even AC dorms are non AC. I found the female receptionist a little discourteous and at times rude. There is no social vibe here, no kitchen or restaurant but open area on top is good. Stay here only if you are traveling to Bangalore for work. This is not a vacation place. For vacation, there are better options in Zostel and Hosteller.

I strongly advise considering alternative hotel or service rather than opting for this particular establishment. Although the price difference might be slightly higher in other hotels, the overall experience would likely be significantly more satisfactory. Regrettably, this particular place has a policy of charging for every amenity, even including towels, which may be perceived as inconvenient. Furthermore, they implement an AC curfew, could you believe that an AC curfew. Additionally, the bedding provided was less than satisfactory, had an unpleasant smell of sweat. Consequently, I made the decision to to check out early.

The only good thing about this hostel is location. I checked in on 14/12/24 , Satya was the incharge. She was calling and messaging me from last 24 hours and asking for timings of checkin and continuously sending messages for the price list of early checkin. When I came at 1.30 pm and asked her that please show me the available dorms so that i can chose which bed i want , she said only one dorm is available and rest property if full. She gave me 201 which was very messy and there was no locker available. The guest who left the hotel left the locker unlocked. After wasting 1 hour with goibibo team , finally owner intervened and asked satya to give me a different room . Owner said either give him 203 or 101. Post that also satya just showed me 203 as it was a 6 bed dorm and after my repeated request she finally showed me 101 , which was VACANT . all 4 dorms were vacant . I dont why she wasted my 1.5 hours and didn't allocated a different dorm . Also i asked her several times , still she lied. I guess she was saving good dorms for offline booking. Please dont go there , they are money oriented people. There are many good hostels nearby , chose a branded hostel. Also there service i

Being one of the more expensive hostels in Bangalore, we hoped it'd translate into service and facilities, but no. You are greeted by a disgruntled security guard with a pseudo military attitude asking you in a pretty irritating manner for your ID and other details, from your aadhar to where you're from, where you stayed, mode of transport, your tickets, and pretty much everything detail( probably because of Covid scares), but this was a minor inconvenience in comparison to all the shortcomings that we were about to encounter, the check-in timing is post 12, the common area sucks big time, it isn't like in the pictures, no place to set up your workspace, no smoking allowed, no drinking allowed i mean in the open terrace. You can't have anyone over to just meet in the lobby also. So once you checkout at 10 in the morning, you won't have access to the common area post 2PM. The kitchen was okay- at best. The common area washroom is pathetic with the smallest commode I've personally seen. Would never recommend this place to anyone! You'll have better luck at Zostel, prices are lower in comparison, facilities are much better.

You will not be able to sleep in this place. A. Its very noisy, the streets are always honking B. Room 203/4 has poor airconditioning and a noisy fan C. There is absolutely no respect about timings from the guests, I was awake till 4AM and decided to find another place to sleep as it was impossible here.
