“Hi @Sereno Barn Eco Stay In reference to your reply, you have mentioned: 1) "reviewing without staying or experiencing our property" Please go through once more on my review, if your able to read properly you will come to know I wrote only about the initial process of stay "The Booking Process". 2) You had ignored our messages on Agoda about our request for advance payments to book the stay at our property . As I mentioned, I turnoff notifications of apps. How would I know you lie about pay at property and on the very next day you are going to ask for the payment. 3) We do not encourage walk in customers or pay at the property customers For your kind information, I booked about a week before with a confirmation . It wasn't walk-in, please stop the lie. I encouraged you to stop putting false information on the booking platform about the pay at property option. “It's not at all safe for children..very gloomy place. People who have a habit of staying in real beauty will understand the nooks here .. pathetic..not suitable for families”

“Located into the forest with no proper roads. Pathetic service. We canceled the booking but were forced to stay for a day due to advance paid. After one night, we moved out. The bed sheets were used and smelly. No hot water in the bathroom. Managed by unprofessional staff and exorbitantly priced for the pathetic service. For payments they do not accept credit cards. You can pay by UPI or bank transfer only . There was no reception or check in at the hotel. The property is made beautifully but not managed well at all. They also have no proper accommodation for drivers, when asked they agreed to give a place which was quite expensive but had bunk beds accommodation. Would surely not recommend anyone.”

Dr.Samreen Imtiaz Ali★★★★★Alert!!! This place is a strict NO for families!! Even after reading a review about this place that they did not have, hot water facility,I went ahead and booked the room. The place is so chilled and there was no hot water. After complaining,they got 2 half buckets of hot water though(I know the owner will counter that we did provide hot water to you and blah blah blah,so mentioning it before hand) The food was below average,and mind you, there is no other option(no swiggy,zomato)or any nearby restaurant, because of the beautiful mountaineous location(urgh)🥲 So the best part is, you can really enjoy here if you are a group of men,who want to be hardly dressed,booze and swim and eat and puke...because this is what we experienced. So much of screaming, so much of disturbance with the beauiful view of mountains from your room🙄 Ok,so the best part,we checked out in 3 hours instead of 3 days 😄 Thanks to the generous owner that he refunded entire amount (deducted only 1500 for the blesphemy called food 🥵)..so yeah you can make out how the trip was..phew😖

Property offered to book without paying ( I never asked for it, I would have paid if it was asked), but 3 days ago owner left a message on Agoda asking to cancel which is very easy to miss. Owner didn’t care if I got the message or if I am coming for stay or not. When I reached there with my wife and 2 years old kid owner started throwing screenshot and shown me attitude over phone call that I did my part you didn’t pay hence I can’t give you the place. They didn’t pay attention to offer water. Really poor service, please ensure 10 times before visit there if your room is confirmed or not.

Worst experience .this place is fraud Clearly the app showed that our stay was booked just to reach there to see that it was already booked I dont care if u complaint google and stuff it was a bitter experience for me and i will share it in this platform And about the disturbance we just asked if it was vacant or not after showing the booked status in app and we never did disturb the occupants.Dont make up stuff to keep ur image clear. You either apologize or just leave the matter just dont do false claims

There was no TV, no ac available in this place, I read owner review that place is quite cold at night so it's not needed but still feel that choice should be given to customer. Also there is nothing to do in the resort, no activities nothing is available, if u don't want to booze nothing is available. No swimming pool also available, room service and hospitality is very nice, person who attended us was also very helpful. Still not worth it for that pricing.

Amit Puri★★★★★The resort is located conveniently amidst coffee plantation. Jio is the only network that works. Place is tastefully done but lacks practicality. Night vibe is the best but there is not much to do at this place. Food is passable. Now coming to positives: - Tastefully done property though lacking practicality - Good vibe during the night esp when it gets comfortable 24 degrees and when lights are on - Very quite and away from daily hustle bustle Cons: - No AC, my bad that I forgot to check explicitly. Days are unbearable esp if temperature is above 28 degree Celsius. - Reason why no AC is installed by the owner -birds gets disturb, fair enough. But my point is for a room where one is paying upwards of 10k per night at such hot temperature - AC or cross ventilation is a must. This is where rooms lacks practicality, no mesh on balcony doors or windows so no cross ventilation unless you want to keep doors and windows open day/night and risk pests, lizards and flies to enter your room. - Single fan in the room is insufficient if you are more than 2 adults. - No daily cleaning of rooms offered or change of bed or bath linen provided. - Food was passable, though chicken was served in ev

Pranit Choure★★★★★We stayed here for 2 nights and the overall experience was not up to the mark. The bedroom suite was supposed to be a private room but when we entered the room there were 2 common doors connecting the adjacent room. The people speaking were clearly audible and that in itself was a huge disappointment. The size of the bathroom let us down which was even smaller than what's found in an average sized apartment. The food served was good but with limited options, there were no fruits available in house and we had to go out to purchase it for our use. The place is newly constructed so it's visually appealing but not much free space to take a casual stroll. You can find better places for this price as we found the prices a bit high compared to similar eco luxury stays in Coorg and Sakleshpur for what was being offered. If you are travelling as a couple or with family who values privacy then I would not be recommending it.

Swati Chandran★★★★★The place is peaceful, beautifully arranged common area, full of plants. Nice view also. Proper forest vibe, with sound of falling water from nearby, which was really soothing. Good rooms, you have to ask for things like tea bags, brush kit. They dont have any activities in site and no space to even walk around. Its a very small area. Worst part was food. Food quality felt low.
