Stayed here for 3 months when I first moved to Bangalore, regret not moving out earlier. PROS: 1. Clean. Rooms are cleaned every 3-4 days, and the premise is kept neat and clean in general. CONS: 1. Overpriced. Paid 24k for a single room. Very tiny, barely any space left after the queen bed. Can easily get a way bigger 1BHK fully furnished flat in the area for this much. Also no food provided. 2. Electricity + water issues. Would regularly wake up to no electricity / water on the premise. Got so problematic had to blinkit Bisleri 2L bottles sometimes. 3. Poor wifi, won't work during peak hours (evening/night when most residents are using it) 4. Charged an extra 5k when leaving. Deducted 5k from my deposit and refused to elaborate why, simply stopped responding to me on WhatsApp, didn't pick any calls, and the Zolo app customer care number never worked. TLDR okay if you need a temporary place to stay while you house hunt but can easily find way better places in the area for a lower amount.

Fecilities and all is very good But I feel very bad for 2 things 1) Hidden charges, as a deposit when you take a good amount i wasn't informed about any deduction, it was also hideed 3000 rs as exit charges and some maintenance charges and Utility electricity charges apart from the monthly charges of around 8000 Never try to make the costumer a fool 2) Even after paying this much amount I was not been handed over the room key for almost 1 month of my stay Cleaning staff is not doing his job, most of the time I have seen that garbage bins overfilled and cleaning was like the responsibility of the persons staying there.
