ఈ దారి తప్పిన గొర్రెపిల్లను క్షమించు ప్రభువా TOUCHHHH TOUCHHHHH...........🐑 I stayed in this PG for 3 months. The PG itself is average, nothing great, and terrible food 🤮🤮🤮. But the owner’s dedication when it comes to keeping the advance money is truly remarkable 👏👏👏. The effort he puts into not answering calls and ignoring messages just to avoid returning the advance is honestly impressive.👌👌👌 His story-telling skills when asked about the refund are also quite extraordinary 👑👑👑 The same experience happened to both me and my friend 🤷‍♂️🤷‍♂️, so future tenants should be very careful before paying the advance here 💡💡💡 or pay and don't ask for refund 🙉🙈🙊

Very bad experience at this PG. I stayed here for two months. The owner took an advance of ₹1000 and promised that if I informed him 15 days before leaving, he would return ₹500. I informed him in advance as agreed. He said he would send the money via PhonePe, but it has been 4 days since I left the PG and he is not answering my calls. It’s disappointing to see how someone can behave like this for just ₹500. I suggest anyone planning to stay here to be careful.
