M STAY PG (Co-live)

I had a very bad experience. The PG owners are rude and do not take accountability for what they committed to the residents. They are money-minded — I was charged ₹12.5k for a 2-sharing room (initially quoted ₹13k, then i asked and finally reduced by ₹500), while few others are paying only ₹12k. Before getting the amount very polite and after finding changes in behaviour. The husband and wife managing the PG are not in sync and often contradict each other. It was a frustrating experience. I was also charged ₹700 per day, whereas most PGs charge only ₹400. I do not recommend this PG. There are many others where guests are treated politely and respectfully.

The food is great and healthy, The owner is also very warm and friendly, the amenities are pretty good (washing machine, common game area with foosball and TT, sofas etc), you can find most food/utilities/groceries close by The only reason why I'm giving 4 instead of 5 stars is because the rooms are very small and there is a lot of noise in the surrounding area.

It's been around a week since I got here and I'll try to give the most honest review. I'll try to mention the points on basis of priority: 1. The owner is really very humble and I've contacted him directly everytime I had a question or a need for something and at all times he replies with a smiling face and tries to give resolution as soon as possible. Maintainenece of all things is done even before you can complain about it. (Believe me) 2. Lift, A nice Gym area, Large theatre screen, Table tennis, Carrom, Chess, Sofa, Bean Bag and a nice green turf, the large play area has everything you can think of or will ever need. Also everything is brand new. 3. Each room has a TV and comes with an option to have a refrigerator with little extra charges. 4. Cupboards, Cloth Baskets, Bedside Cabinet, Multiple plugs and a nice bathroom with all the modern facilities and hot water supply 24/7 are present in each room. Also the room is cleaned everyday. 5. Wakefit mattresses, clean badsheets and pillows to make sure you have a proper comfy sleep at night. Yes you read that right each bed has Wakefit mattresses. 6. The food is nice and is prepared in a homely manner. You'll get Breakfast,

It's good PG to live in Kadubisanhalli, Bangalore near maximum IT parks in Bellandur like Embassy Tech Village, RMZ Ecoworld, Ecospace and Cessna IT park with multiple sources of connectivity. PG owner M Jagan sir is very nice person who personally take care of all services and facilities. Food quality and facilities are good. Overall nice experience at M stay PG during my 7 Months stay !! If I had a choice, I'd live here forever. The small details of day to day life, that has been taken care of is not felt when you're living here, but you realise how important every small detail means when you leave M Stay. All the facilities that are possible to incorporate in a PG and way beyond that has been taken care of at M Stay, and if you feel something is missing, you just have to go to Jagan anna, and your issue would be resolved in the speed of flash, which is very rare in PGs. The food is good compared to any other PG in entire Bengaluru. And deposit refunds, something everyone is worried about in Bangalore, is not a problem here at all; I left the PG without taking my refund back and the owner, Jagan Anna himself contacted me and gave me the refund. The people, very important aspect of M Stay, make everyday feel like weekend after you come back from work. If you're planning to move to M Stay, don't even think twice, just move in, and trust me, you'd have made one of the best decisions of whatever time you're planning to stay here in Bengaluru. It was a very tough decision to leave M Stay and I hope someday I'll live in this beautiful place that feels like home once agai

Stayed at this pg for 9 months and I have to say this is the best pg experience I have ever had. From the start they were very welcoming, the foods are delicious on most days and the way the owner resolves each and every situation no matter how small they’re is top notch. They are very understanding and would update you with every situation if there is any. The rooms are cleaned almost everyday except Sunday. And now that I’ve left the pg, they instantly refunded me my deposit without a hassle. So yes anyone who is looking to stay at any pg should definitely check this place out. I usually don’t leave ratings on google but this place deserves the validation and I personally know how much of a headache it is to find the right accommodation in Bangalore. Especially marathalli-Bellandur side.
