Place is nice but rent is too high. And they increases rent after only 3 months which is why I left the place. But as I got a good place to live so I am happy they increased it else I wouldn’t have left it. Power backup is not available. Gaurd is also not there. Playing and gym areas is there but it is very congested. Rest all things are fine Meanwhile fyi I shifted to Nearby SGR dental college road Marathahalli which has very cheap price Co live and zoho rooms

One of the best pg to stay. Clean rooms and surroundings, no water problem, Very good ventilation for air and sunlight. Gym has all the equipment for starters, They have chess, TT and Foosball. Food is decent but can be improved... I would love to go again when needed. I would recommend this PG if your office is nearby marathalli, Bellandur.
