“We booked 3 days advance and specially called Reception to allocate bigger room but were given very small room. Hardly any space to keep basic things and move inside room Secondly, we booked room with breakfast but on reaching we were told that chef is ill so breakfast buffet is off and we can get very basic Dosa/Idly/Vada. We paid almost 1000 ruppes for breakfast and for value worth 200 or 300 only For 2 days, breakfast was extrwmely limited and on we insisting multiplr times were given alightly better on last day i.e. 3rd morning. Not blaming staff as they were very nice and hardworking but the Owners are reaponsible for badic amenities. If Chef was ill and we booked room with breakfast ans that too 1000 bucks per breakfast, we expected some basics. It is ownera to see that alternatives are kept handy and guests dont suffer. Full Restarant remained closed and we had to eat meals feom outside Effectively paid certain value and bcoz of room size and extremely low value breakfast, the visit rating is as low as 2.5 Ideally, we expected better room and good food from a Service Apartment but the experience was very low and sad.”

“TOOO BAD FOR STAY Overcharging & Fake Rules: I was overcharged compared to the online rate. When I checked out at 12:30 PM, they forced me to pay for a late checkout—something NO HOTEL has ever done to me in my entire business travel history! • Zero Guests, Full Scam: The place was empty, yet instead of welcoming guests, they focused on squeezing every rupee possible. • Staff With the Worst Attitude: The rude and arrogant staff acted like they were doing me a favor by letting me stay. No hospitality, no respect—just greed. • Filthy & Unhygienic: The building may be new, but don’t expect cleanliness. Instead of actually cleaning, they cover up the dirt. The bathrooms were disgusting, the bedsheets felt unwashed, and the overall hygiene was terrible.”

The property is located almost within the city, offering no proper natural views, which makes it unsuitable for nature lovers. They a Hardly have customers but they say they have customers coming and won’t let u be in the room even till u complete packing. I was totally frustrated with their attitude while checking out I would never come again here for stay. They are humble till u be in hotel but not while checking out They can take extra money if needed if customers needed early checkin or checkout but they don’t do that and just want u to be on time and leave by 11am no buffer time given They call me 5 times in 30 mins time frame from 11am to checkout. Food is not at all great went by reviews but please don’t go by reviews. At least I dint like

I don’t want to get in too personal but am 27years and travelling and staying in hotels since more than 6-7years. This is the number 1 position in humiliate by covering what’s the real fact. At last I say visitors please you visit and check real fact definitely you will regret

Surya Kashyap★★★★★Here is my detailed review of this place: Rooms: We were a family of 3 and booked a Jacuzzi 2 bhk suite at 4th floor. Amenities and Room decor is really nice. Jacuzzi experience was amazing. Our 2 year old son had a great time. Basic amenities: No wifi signal inside the room and connectivity is only at common areas and living room. Solar Water is not hot enough for bathing. It was lukewarm. We had to boil the water in kettle and use it for bathing our son. Food & Hospitality : Pathetic customer service and disappointed with the food served and casual attitude of the staff. They have shortage of kitchen staff and one chef doing all the cooking work. Staff is not bothered about timings and take their own time to prepare and serve. There is no non veg in the menu. We ordered egg ghee roast and they served egg masala. We ordered virgin mojito and got lemon soda. Waiting time for lunch was 40 minutes. Morning breakfast was complimentary which barely had any variety or taste and was served after 9 am. Overall , a decent stay but not value for money. Good for a group of friends to party. I would definitely NOT recommend this place for a family outing. Lot of areas for improvement.

Rajiv Chhayakar★★★★★The place is a bit away from the town centre. While booking we saw picture and booked a apartment with a terrace. But this was just a small room with hardly any space and one has to get down on the 4th floor and climb up one floor which you may miss reading as I did.The room lacked basic necessities like even glasses to drink water, electric kettle and cups are not included with this room, kitchen cabinet is there without any plates, spoons etc. The staff was new and clueless about anything. We couldn't sleep at night as the a/c was not cooling even when set at 20 degree and we could feel something biting and crawling only to realise in the morning that they were bugs like bed bugs which we called the reception to show and they gave lame excuses rather than accepting what they were( attaching video here)The only silver lining was the food which was prepared fresh by their chef and it was good. He tried his best to cover for the bad experience we had on the stay with his food and service.

Subiksha S V★★★★★We stayed at SS CocoNest for a weekend trip as a group of 10 friends. The property itself is well-maintained, spacious, and perfect for groups. We had booked a 2 - 2BHK apartment online for 8 people, and were informed over the phone that 2 additional members could be accommodated with extra beds. However, when we arrived, we were charged the cost of another BHK for the extra beds, which felt a little contradictory compared to what was communicated earlier. That said, the stay inside was really enjoyable — the apartment was clean, comfortable, and equipped with all amenities like kitchen, beds, and modern interiors. In terms of comfort and luxury, it lived up to our expectations. On the flip side, a few things could be improved: Hot water was inconsistent in a couple of bathrooms, and the staff didn’t really make the effort to fix it. Breakfast was decent but quite limited. Staff behavior could have been more welcoming — we did sense a little attitude at times. Overall, if you’re traveling as a gang of friends, this place works well for comfort, space, and luxury. But do keep in mind the pricing policies & expect room for improvement in staff attitude and service. If those asp

M Nazar★★★★★Apartment including furnishings are amazing, built with customer centric intention. Execution/process has to be improved we waited for almost 25 mins for checkin (12:25) and few operational gaps - exhaust fans in Toilet not working, AC vent is low and fan in bedroom making more noise which has put us on sleepless night. Overall I recommend staying here but provided if they are taking care of operational process effectively for given the high price!
