I had stayed in place multiple times in last 5 years. The owner Vinay was a nice person and also Sunitha who takes care also very nice. I used to stay short periods to reduce my travel when i get back pain. Last year when covid started i vacated thsi place giving one month notice. But i am not able to get my advance back for last 1 year. When i call Vinay asks to contact some new caretaker person who says i should contact Vinay. The advance is only about Rs 5300, but they are not returning the refund. I used to always pay by bank transfer, but last time i was asked to pay in cash for some convenience.

Owner is good person. He take quick action, But PG take care by other person. Who do not maintain cleaning properly. You could not find washing machine to wash ur clothes. Cleaning is big challenge over there. I request each time for cleaning to caretaker, she did not take any action untill the owner called her or him. Overall if u do not have issue with dirty things. It cool place. Peace of mind. Thanks.

- Very reasonable Rates - 1,2,3 bed sharing PG - Basic facilities (WiFi, Dedicated TV in each room, Shared Toilet, Power backup, 24x7 HOT water, wardrobe) - ATM, Grocery Shop, Medical store, ATM nearby - Food is optional - No washing machine, but care taker can be helpful, with minimal charges - LPG GAS stove available, in the common balcony ( if anyone is interested in cooking, making Tea/Coffee) - Rooms are very small - 3 floors, 3 wing - No elevator

Best pg near Manyta tech park. With all the facilities and a very humble owner, this PG is my preferred choice. It's at walking distance from Manyta tech park. Rooms are spacious. There is free Wi-Fi Facility. You have an open roof, you can go and chill. Moreover, the environment is very kool there. 4 out of 5
