My stay at Dream Villa Hampi was very disappointing. The rooms were not properly maintained and did not match the photos shown online. Cleanliness was poor, beds were uncomfortable, and basic facilities were either missing or not working properly. The service was also very slow, and the staff did not respond seriously to complaints. The location may be decent, but the overall experience was not worth the price paid. The property needs major improvement in hygiene, maintenance, and customer service. I would not recommend this place to families or travelers looking for a comfortable and peaceful stay in Hampi.

These rooms for four times expensive when compared to Hampi‘s natural cottage, if you’re going in monsoon season or rainy season, try Nagar cottage, which is other side of the river and try renting out vehicles and explore this site place. I bet you will save a lot. But in terms of extending time for other stay or anything like that, the owner was a bit concerned. I don’t know even we checked in little bit late, but he was not ready to extend the time even for a bit that is Ancken considering, but he allowed us to keep our luggage. We checked out a little bit faster. Just the luggage is there, and apart from that, I feel like this are a bit expensive, not really worth going when you have other options. This place is a row bungalow , may be newly built, that's why it looks clean ,but otherwise it's a 10 min ride to the main market temple etc. Its jst a place to stay if we dont get any accommodation elsewhere. But der is no other facility like food, service providers etc in dis area.even the rooms are small , it's a 2 bedroom and a common hall property. The hall doesn't have any seating arrangements, extra unclean and uneven mattress n bedspreads are kept here. One bedroom is so small dat can accommodate jst 2 people and another one can make 3 people accommodate; its is bit difficult to manage for family wid kids, no place to accommodate in the bedrooms. They dont clean the rooms or toilets regularly.they dont provide clean towels or any toiletries. U have to carry everything along. Also bedsheets are soiled. And they charge u similar to a hotel which provides us all the facilities.Not recommended.

Kindly read completely to understand the reason for 3 rating. This is a 2Bedroom + hall house with one master bedroom having attached bath room and another common bathroom. All basic amenities in place along with 20ltrs of drinking water. We had booked this stay for a day and our checkin was done at 11AM. But the checkout was told to be at sharp 9AM next day as there was another booking taken. The owner had mentioned the checkout time in a whatsapp message. As this is a single house letout there is no way to manage new guests. We did requested that we will use only one room for sometime and checkout at 11AM but they did not bend their policy. This spoiled our plans and did affect the next day travel as well. The property is a simple house but charged at Rs.3400/day There are plenty of home stays which are available at a resonable prices and very near to main places of Hampi. Making it a regrettable option for us as it is in a remote place and there is no proper food eatery nearby. I would not recommend this place for 2-3 people but definitely an option for a group of 8-10 as there is ample place to sleep comfortably. And they do provide extra bed for that.

I had a wonderful stay at this homestay and everything exceeded my expectations. The rooms were clean, spacious, and very comfortable, making it feel just like home. The owner was extremely attentive, kind, and always available whenever we needed anything, which truly made a difference in our experience. The location was also very convenient , not too far from key places and easily accessible. Overall, I would highly recommend it to anyone looking for a pleasant and comfortable experience.

We have booked the Dream Hampi villa for 3 days ( 7 - 9 Dec. 23) The place is suitable for 8 to 10 people for an affordable price. It is very close to the Virupaksha Temple. The rooms are neat and clean. Breakfast was tasty. The host Mr. Kishor Singh is a very good and cooperative person. Mr. Uday Singh is a good Manager taking care of transportation, food arrangements, and guidance. Jayesh Mhatre.

We reached the villa late night but they guided us and also they helped us to navigate to the villa very patiently. Their hospitality was too good 👍🏼 Their breakfast also tastes yummy 😀 Our kids enjoyed it a lot. Kids friendly area. We have to spend at least two days ,but we spend only one night 😞 It's a trustworthy and cool place to visit in peak times.
