The place is a joke. Very poorly maintained. 1. Rooms - have fungus, cobwebs, rodents and insects. Plumbing issues, electricity issues. Switch boards are faulty. Appliances are rusted. (Check photos). AC - faulty. Power cuts common. Fans and lights are placed in uncommon places where it’s literally useless. 2. Staff - inexperienced, incompetent, Some Polite but mostly unhelpful. “Please adjust” is their common response. Constantly asking for tips. 3. Ambience - Drunk uncles & large group of boys, come here to drink mostly, and noise after hours is common. Environment is good but not maintained. 4. Food - poor. They gave us soup spoons and wooden spoons. Staff don’t remember simple orders like bread butter and give you buttered sandwiches with literally nothing inside. (Check photos). Common response is - “please adjust”. The only good thing is the reception hostess. She apologised and refunded some portion of the money. This place is not for families or normal people.

Not worth the money and they told initially it's 2.2k when we reached their they took 2.5k. Rooms were very dirty and pool was given for public hence too much of noise and dirty water. I recommend people not take room over their by just looking at pool and scenary. I wish I can give 0 rating.

No Basic Facilities: No complimentary mineral water provided. Even the first bottle had to be paid for, which is unheard of in any decent hotel. No Kettle in Room: Despite being promised, there was no kettle or basic tea/coffee setup. Completely Useless Air Conditioning: The AC was installed only on the ground floor, while the beds were upstairs in a duplex layout. The sleeping area stayed hot even after running the AC for several hours. Bonus issue: The AC unit also leaked water inside the room, adding to the discomfort. Staff Indifference: When issues were raised, the reception staff simply said, "we can do nothing," showing no willingness to help. Food Quality Problems: Ordered milk was served chilled instead of warm, even after clear instructions. Unhygienic Water: Tap water was brownish and visibly dirty, making it completely unsafe for even basic use. Filthy Swimming Pool: The swimming pool water was brown, muddy, and dusty, making it totally unsafe and unusable. Final Words: This resort is extremely poorly maintained, lacks basic hygiene, and the staff attitude is shockingly careless. Stay away if you value your holiday. We stayed at Amblee Holiday Resort recently, and it turned out to be one of the worst travel experiences we have ever had. I am writing this review to caution fellow travelers — do not get misled by online pictures or descriptions. I stayed at this resort last weekend expecting peace and luxury, but it turned into a nightmare—literally and figuratively. First, the ghostly experience: From the very first night, strange things began happening. The lights flickered at odd hours, the TV turned on by itself at 3 AM, and I kept hearing whispers and footsteps outside my door—despite no one being there. One night, I woke up to the sound of someone crying softly in the corner of the room… but there was no one there. I even caught a glimpse of what looked like a shadowy figure in the mirror. I mentioned it to the staff, and they nervously brushed it off with a “Oh, that’s just the old wing.” Now, the WORST part – the service: • The room was dusty and had a foul smell, like mold and something… older. • The food was cold and tasteless, and the staff were incredibly slow and rude. • There was no hot water for two days, and maintenance never showed up, despite multiple calls. • The manager was dismissive and didn’t care when I raised my concerns. It's a shabbily kept property. We saw the rooms and left without checking in. The bathrooms are disgusting. One can study how a door lock works on the door of one of the rooms. There are open drainage chambers in front of the rooms in the ground floor. The storeroom in the ground floor is like a dungeon and is left open. Don't think the management is bothered about maintaining the property. Conveniently, only the pool and river pics are posted. The river can't be accessed. The backyard is covered with weeds.
